Die aus Arylidenpiperidonen (I) durch Umsetzung mit Guanidin (II) hergestellten Amino‐hexahydropyridopyrimidine(III) lassen sich mit Kaliumhexacyanoferrat(III) u A/mino‐tetrahydrppyridopyrimidinen (IV) oxidieren.
209ChemInform Abstract The chalcones (Ia)-(Ic) react with dithiocarbamic acid to give the open-chain addition products (III), whereas in the case of (Id) the reaction with (II) affords the thiazinethione (V). Dehydration of (III) or (V) leads to the dihydrothiazinethiones (IV) or (VI). A ring structure for the products obtained from the addition reaction with dithiocarbamic acid (as was previously assumed for the product of the reaction of (Ia) (Z2: -H) and (II)) can be excluded by IR spectroscopy.
ChemInform is a weekly Abstracting Service, delivering concise information at a glance that was extracted from about 100 leading journals. To access a ChemInform Abstract of an article which was published elsewhere, please select a “Full Text” option. The original article is trackable via the “References” option.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
