Actuality of the article is the fact that an effective innovative environment of economic entities is a key factor in the formation and development of the new economy -economic structure, whose primary resource is the information on modern achievements of science and technology. Rationalization of the national innovation environment involves scientific analysis of its status, the main criterion of which is the ability to create results to ensure the feasibility of their application (production) application. Propose a methodological approach to the development of analytical tools for the study of the effectiveness of the national innovation environment, based on application of objective, relevant and available information (official statistics), scientific methods of treatment and objectively reasonable methods of interpretation of the results. ВведениеИнформационное обеспечение анализа результативности функционирования национальной инновационной среды следует рассматривать как базовый этап исследования в области инновационного развития. На этом этапе создается база данных о ретроспективе и современном состоянии сектора национального хозяйства, ориентированного на генерирование и производственное потребление достижений науки и техники в качестве ключевого фактора экономического роста, что позволяет выявить тенденции изменений в инновационной среде. Создание массива исходной информации, необходимой и достаточной для решения данной задачи, предполагает формирование двух групп характеристик, первую из которых должны составить показатели результатов научно-технической деятельности, а вторую -показатели степени применения результатов научно-технической деятельности в производственной практике.
Topicality of the article consists in the fact that the development of an objectively informed and effective management decisions for the development of complex economic entities that make up the innovation environment of the state involves the examination of current practice in the field situation, identify its causes and determine trends. This approach allows us to develop the scientifically-informed decisions on changing the composition and direction of the factors behind the actual situation, based on the allocation of those can be considered as key. A key factor of active development of the innovative environment of the Russian Federation is the performance of scientific and technological activities. Indicators of organizational capacity to achieve scientific and technical results are the number of organizations performing research and development and the number of employed in this process, staff is organized by researchers and technical, ancillary and other workers. As the characteristics of the economic potential of scientific and technological activities the article discusses the increased domestic expenditure on research and development, and the parameters of the potential are recognized as indicators of patent activity and the number of developed advanced production technologies. A study of the impact of scientific and technological activities with the use of official national statistics data allows us to formulate the most topical at the present stage the direction of its increase.
The article is devoted to the issues of digitalization of a business entity model. Prospects for the development of technological transformations in Russia are highlighted, key positions of the integration of digital modernization in the business sector are analyzed, including the specific nature of implementation processes, relevant experience in the business sector (in accordance with industry affiliation), which provides an opportunity for business entities to increase the efficiency of production operations. High importance of the implementation of digital technologies in production and their impact on the country's economy was noted.
