Based on the analysis of the data of the clinical-pshopathological and experimental psychological survey of 93 children evacuated from war zones in the Middle East, the main areas of medical and psychological rehabilitation of children who have been in the territory controlled by the terrorist group ISIS are represented for a long time in the territory controlled by the terrorist group ISIS, which is banned in Russia. The main psychodiagnosis, treatment and rehabilitation and resocialization measures aimed at restoring children's mental health, preventing the development of mental disorders at remote stages, creating a safe environment and ensuring optimal integration of the child in the new micro- and macro-society are described.
