The chronic pelvic pain in women is a problem more often is being discussed by gynecologists and urologists. In the neurological practice pelvic pain occur quite rarely. Conservative treatment of chronic pelvic pain is little effective. The case history of successful relief of chronic neurogenic pelvis pain using a permanent electrostimulation of the sacral plexus is described.
