Abstract. Purpose: to study dynamic of psycho-physiological indicators of pedagogic higher educational establishments' girl students. Material: in the research 510 girl students participated. We assessed: responsive abilities, static and dynamic balance, orientation in space, quickness of operational thinking, volume of rote memorization, distribution of attention, accuracy level, quickness and re-switching of attention, accuracy of fulfillment of task. Results: we have found weakening of accuracy of movement's amplitude and pre-set value of force reproduction; reduction of indicators of response to vertically falling object, static and dynamic balance. We also registered improvement of indicators of nervous processes' dynamic and ability to constructive praxis. Conclusions: uneven reduction of most of psycho-physiological indicators negatively reflects in girl students' motor fitness level and professional abilities.
Purpose:to study special aspects of pedaling structure and create diagnostic models of cyclists movements' coordination structure under fatigue in differently oriented trainings.
Material:in the research 18 elite sportsmen participated. Sportsmen fulfilled training programs on ergo-meter, directed on development of speed-power potentials and endurance in anaerobic and aerobic work.
Results:it was found that in period of fatigue overcoming dynamic shocks in applied efforts disappear and the picture of bio-dynamic components becomes smoother. With it, relative usage of efforts' horizontal components increases. In period of evident fatigue variability of movements' kinematic characteristics and integrated bio-electrical activity of the tested muscles increase; cyclists' efficiency reduces.
Conclusions:distinctions in movements' structure of cyclists in period of fatigue overcoming witness about certain tendency to transition from impulse-type pedaling to circular type. It pre-conditioned increase importance efforts' components and effectiveness of their usage.
Abstract. Purpose: to illustrate opportunities of physical education in health strengthening of technical HEE girlstudents through correction of their biological age components. Material: 127 girl-students participated in the research. Results: the authors' program of biological age correction permitted to increase breathing pauses, hand strength, time of static balance and reduce blood pressure. Knowledge of biological age and mechanisms of too early ageing facilitates practicing healthy life style and formation of body-motor conditions. We offered trainings of biological age correction' methodic, oriented on prophylaxis of organism's ageing, reduction of biological age and prolongation girl-students' active life. Conclusions: specially determined biological age of an individual can be used as integral characteristic of his/her health condition.
to find out the ways of rower's movements perfection. Material: in the research 114 qualified rowers participated. Results: it was found that every rover has the zones of optimal and critical temp. With linear increasing of rowing temp there happens non-linear change of boat's speed; of working parameters and efficiency of rower's movements. The highest values of rowers' efficiency coefficient were registered in zone of intensity of 70-80% from maximal. With temp's increasing to maximal boat's speed stabilizes and efficiency coefficient sharply reduces. At the end of distance we registered confident worsening of rowers' main coordination elements under influence of rising tiredness. Conclusions: in the process of motor qualities' training it is necessary to ensure: increase working temp up to critical; restore optimal correlation of technical parameters with every new level of temp.
Abstract. Purpose: to find out girl students' motor abilities, influencing to the largest extent on successfulness of designer's professional functioning. Material: 210 girl students of 18-22 years' age participated in experiment. Results: it was found that all indicators of future designers' professional qualities are closely connected with indicators of definite coordination abilities. High interconnection with kinesthetic indicators and girl students' professional skillfulness were noted. It was determined that quickness, concentration and re-switching of attention were closely connected with attention, operative memory, accuracy of reproduction of received information. Conclusions: for girl students-designers' successful professional progress it is necessary to develop kinesthetic, responding and orientation coordination qualities. These qualities are required for quick and effective solution of professional tasks, connected with accurate perception in the shortest possible time and keeping great volume of space information in memory.
