The main purpose of this study is to examine the crisis management skills of school principals in terms of different variables according to teachers' views. The research was designed in quantitative design and was carried out using the survey model in quantitative research models. The sample of the study consists of 178 secondary school teachers in Çankaya district of Ankara province in the 2022-2023 academic year. Personal information form and crisis management scale were used to collect the data to be used in the study. The analysis of the data was carried out with the SPSS program, and according to the results of the analysis, it was concluded that the crisis management skills of school principals were at a medium level in precrisis activities, activities during the crisis and the scale in general, and at a high level in the post-crisis activities dimension. Based on this result, it was seen that school principals could not reach the required level in the levels of pre-crisis activities, which is the preparatory stage, and activities during the crisis, which reveal the behavior during the crisis, and that they are generally effective in post-crisis activities. In addition, in terms of the variables used, it was determined that a difference was observed only according to the marital status variable.
