They are reminded of diagnosis problems resulting from inadequate knowledge of this injury combination, and also report the straightforward diagnosis from the moment when the injury is identified. Data from the literature clearly show that Bosworth fracture-dislocation is a rare injury. Pathologyanatomic stages are now well established. After reduction of the dislocation, the evolution is generally favourable. This is confirmed by our two cases treated by percutaneous pinning without damage.
