Today, there is a very high demand for women's raincoats in the market of Kazakhstan. One of the important requirements for raincoats are ergonomic requirements. Currently, the lack of clear literature systematized recommendations for the study of ergonomic requirements of raincoats is the main and relevant for solving in full in this ergonomic study of the raincoat. The article considers the study of classifications of ergonomic requirements and movements of a woman's raincoat in dynamics. In the course of the study, a marketing analysis was conducted, that is, a survey. The differentiation of the main body movements of women and the frequency of occurrence of the main body movements performed by consumers in the course of their activities is carried out. As a result, three main types of movements in dynamics were identified. The images of the presented poses № 1, № 9, № 16 in three environments and significant dimensional features that change during movement, affecting the design of clothing, are revealed. According to the selected dimensional characteristics, the difference between static and dynamic features, i.e. the dynamic effect, is calculated. The values of dynamic effects in absolute and relative units and the values of the application, the increase in free fit were also determined. In this regard, the studied dynamics criteria and the increase in free fit were based on the construction of a new model of a women's raincoat.
The tourism industry makes a significant contribution to the socio-economic development of many countries of the world, due to its role in expanding the economic base, increasing foreign exchange earnings, developing small and medium-sized businesses, providing employment opportunities and improving the living standards of the population. The development of the tourism industry can be facilitated by its management on the basis of public-private partnerships. This form of cooperation helps to accelerate the solution of the country's strategic tasks, bringing significant social benefits to local communities. The purpose of the research was to study various forms of interaction between the state and business to solve the problems of developing the tourism industry in order to identify the optimal mechanism for public-private partnership for the development of the tourism industry in Kazakhstan. The paper studied the theoretical and methodological aspects and foreign experience in the formation and implementation of the mechanism of public-private partnership in the field of tourism. The article provides a comprehensive analysis of foreign experience in the creation, promotion and management of projects in the tourism industry on the principles of public-private partnership. The practical value is that the results of the study can be used in the development of state and regional programs for the development of the tourism industry in Kazakhstan.

The authors try to explain the factors of the progressive direction of development, the multiple nature of the development of the industry, its dependence on the level of development of its enterprises. The article reflects various approaches of the modern management theory, emphasizes the understanding of the current definition of “sustainable development”, reveals the trinity of its tasks, assesses the possibility of application in modern conditions of Kazakhstan. The authors assess the existing opinions regarding the development of the project approach reflecting the management vision. The authors consider the actions of management that ensure the development and competitive advantages of tourism. The article presents the vision of the tourism industry development management system proposed by the authors, describes its components, the mechanism of functioning, and the sequence of actions. The authors noted the principles of managing the development of tourism in the country. The article notes the need for interaction of all parties interested in the development of the industry, and outlines the leading role of public administration. The authors proposed measures to stimulate innovative mechanisms for the development of the industry and increase the competitiveness of tourism services.
