We report experimental results on frequency tuning in superconductive resonators and bandpass filters with controlling magnetic fields. The frequency shifts are attributed to the presence of vortices modifying the microwave penetration depth and therefore the kinetic inductance of the circuit. 7-pole microstrip filters with a center frequency of 14 GHz and a bandwidth of 4% were fabricated using YBaCuO films deposited on MgO substrate with Au ground plane. A negative frequency shift of −12 MHz for fields lower than 0.1 mT was observed at 40 K.
This paper describes current developments in Alcatel Space Industries carried out on a new concept of beam forming network, realized by molding assembly and using new 3D RF packaging technologies and interconnections. The aim is to be able to address a large panel of applications without any concept or technology major changes.

Mixer and high gain control amplifier MMICs have been designed for commercial applications in the millimeter frequency range using coplanar waveguide technology. Electromagnetic simulations and modeling technique have allowed to obtain good results in a first pass between 50 and 60 GHz.
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
