Digital Omnichannel marketing is viewed the answer to future marketing however, the concept is mired with problems related to the energy and carbon footprinting. Therefore, this study proposed energy efficient network of a complex topology of data access and marketting, where the nodes function as an objects with unique characteristics and create digital customer value network. It is believed that competition has transformed into a contest of online platforms in energy efficency as well in economic efficiency. It is emphasized that there is no alternative to multichannel interaction at the present stage of implementing digital business solutions. In this study, authors have developed omnichannel interaction algorithms based on mathematical models. The proposed approach supplements the digital twin model with economic indicators and methods. Results and analysis of multidimensional structures allows for omnichannel network digital interaction and improves the digital marketing approach. To consider the formation of a network configuration of customer service, developing the idea of digital interaction between participants in consumer value chains. The study conclude and recommend to expand the methodology of digital marketing involving alternative channels of interaction and energy efficency by including a mathematical apparatus for analyzing multidimensional structures (n-D structures).

Современный этап глобализации характеризуется усилением экономической нестабильности, что требует поиска механизма развития, позволяющего не только ми-нимизировать возникающие экономические риски, но и получать определенные преиму-щества в изменившихся условиях. Автором делается предположение о том, что в нашей стране решить эту задачу можно, если идти по пути создания экономико-технологической державы. Теоретический анализ. Проведенный анализ структурных сдвигов в гло-бальной экономике продемонстрировал необходимость изменения конструкции мирового и национального регулирования, не устраивающей абсолютное большинство стран и их объединений. Возникновение новых противоречий и кризисных явлений на национальном и глобальном уровне обусловливает необходимость определения направлений перехода отечественной экономики к устойчивому экономическому росту и формированию хозяй-ственной системы, которая позволит России стать мировым центром экономического вли-яния. Эмпирический анализ. Анализ и диагностика экономического роста в Российской Федерации указывают на вхождение отечественной экономики в зону затяжной рецессии. Это предполагает разработку управленческих решений, направленных на ее преодоление и переход к фазе экономического роста на основе модернизации системы государственно-го управления в условиях новых глобальных вызовов. Результаты. Обоснован системный характер решения существующих задач на базе преобразования фундаментальных основ хозяйственной системы в целях повышения ее динамичности и адаптивности. The article examines the changes in the requirements for the development and implementation of innovations in the process of forming and improving supply chains in the face of increasing economic instability. Economic instability is presented as the most important trend in the modern economy and significant factor forming new requirements for supply chains. This, in turn, involves the improvement of applied technologies and development of new technologies, as well as the search for progressive technical and managerial solutions to meet the interests of a wide range of business entities and consumers of goods and services. A distinctive feature of this study is the fact that economic instability is viewed by the authors through the prism of both economic and non-economic processes having, inter alia, an impact on the economic system, including political, military, environmental, epidemiological and other processes. The article focuses on the COVID-19 coronavirus pandemic, as well as its impact on logistics solutions, and the specific demands on supply chains. It is substantiated that the introduction of technical and managerial innovations in this area will allow us to take into account the features and consequences of the impact of COVID-19 on the economy and to effectively influence the processes associated with improving supply chains. Thus, it will ensure compliance with the requirements and conditions determined by modern conditions associated with increased economic instability.

Aim. The presented study aims to examine conceptual provisions for the formation and development of the corporate business environment to substantiate its increasing impact on the tools and methods used in solving management problems associated with ensuring the economic security of economic entities.Tasks. The authors determine the relationship and mutual influence between the corporate business environment and the management process aimed at ensuring economic security; identify the most significant components of the corporate business environment, focusing on corporate culture and commercial confidentiality; characterize the directions of government influence on the improvement of the corporate business environment to enhance the economic security and competitiveness of domestic economic entities in the national and global markets.Methods. This study analyzes scientific approaches to understanding the essence and content of the corporate business environment as well as its impact on the economic security of economic entities. The results of the analysis indicate the increasing influence of economic security on the engagement of economic entities in the formation of an effective corporate business environment.Results. The authors propose to modify the process of ensuring a high level of economic security so as to reflect the integrated interests of a wide range of economic entities related to each other both directly and indirectly. They also determine directions for the government’s stimulating influence on the improvement of the corporate business environment and the economic security of economic entities.Conclusions. The conducted study of economic security and the corporate business environment indicates a stable, direct, and inverse relationship between them. This makes it possible to formulate conceptual proposals for improving management in the field of the development of economic entities and increasing their efficiency based on economic security.

Aim. While investigating the socio-economic essence of infrastructure, the presented study aims to substantiate its increasing importance in ensuring the desired level of economic security of enterprises and the economic system as a whole.Tasks. The authors determine the relationship and mutual influence between the process of achieving the desired level of economic security of enterprises and the degree of infrastructure network development; specify and expand the classification of the economic security infrastructure support network according to new evaluation criteria; substantiate the increasing role of the government as the desired level of economic security of enterprises and the national economy as a whole is being achieved; justify the growing complexity of the process of infrastructure support for business activities with allowance for cyclicity and sectorality.Methods. This study analyzes and assesses the essence and role of infrastructure as an institution ensuring the normal operation of economic entities within the framework of the process approach. Research methods are used to summarize the obtained results and propose recommendations for increasing the effectiveness of the government’s regulatory role in the field of economic security and improvement of the infrastructure network.Results. According to the authors’ concept, the increasing importance of infrastructure as a developing institution contributing to the formation of a synergetic effect from the use of certain economic security instruments by various economic entities is substantiated. This concept can serve as a basis for a comprehensive solution to one of the most difficult tasks of our time — achieving the desired level of economic security of various economic entities.Conclusions. The study proves that infrastructure acts as one of the most important institutions of the modern economic system since the degree of its development determines the possibility of achieving the desired level of economic security. The authors propose an approach to organizing interaction between the elements of infrastructure support for economic activity with allowance for cyclicity and sectorality. The increasing importance of government regulation aimed at increasing the level of economic security of all economic entities is determined.
