The article presents the results of three-year studies on microclonal propagation of climbing roses «PalaisRoyal», «Camelot»and «Nahema». At the stage of proliferation the optimum concentration of cytokinin 6benzylaminopurine (6-BAP) in the Murashige and Skoog medium (MSO) for three varieties of roses was 1.0 mg/L. With an increase in the cytokinin content to 2.0 mg/l, a tendency to the proliferation coefficient increase was observed. Positive average correlation dependence of the proliferation coefficient on the size of a cutting was revealed. The use of the commercial product "Siliplant" as trace elements had a positive effect on lengthening of the microcuttings of three rose varieties. The proliferation coefficient was not significantly different from the control one. In order to prepare for the rhizogenesis stage, glucose is the best carbohydrate in the composition of the nutrient medium compared to sucrose, as evidenced by a statistically valid improvement in the quality of the cuttings. The optimal cultivation soil for the adaptation of rose seedlings is a physico-chemical-balanced soil mixture based on highmoor and transitional peat.
The successful course of nanotechnological development in many respects depends on the volume and quality of information provided to external and internal users. The objective of the present research is to reveal the information requirements of various groups of users for effective management of nanotech industry and to define ways of their most effective satisfaction. The authors also aim at developing the system of the indicators characterizing the current state and the dynamic parameters of nanotech industry development. On the basis of the conducted research the need of information system of nanotech industry development is proved. The information interrelations of subjects of nanotech industry for development of communicative function of the account which becomes dominating in comparison with control function are revealed. The information needs of users of financial and non-financial information are defined. The stages of its introduction, since determination of character, volume, the list and degree of efficiency of information before creation of system of the administrative reporting, the analysis and control are in detail registered. The information and analytical system is focused on the general assessment of efficiency and the major economic indicators, the general tendencies of development of nanotech industry, possible reserves of increasing the efficiency of their functioning. The authors develop pthe system of the indicators characterizing the advancement of nanotech industry and allowing to estimate innovative activity in the sphere of nanotech industry, to calculate intensity of nano-innovations costs, to define the productivity and efficiency of nanotech industry in branch, the region, national economy in general.
The article considers a new method of sowing in the early stages of barley breeding. The experimental research was carried out in 2017 in the Krasnoufimsky breeding center. Barley was used as the test culture for seeding. Methods of sowing that have been used were as follows: manual method (method «in the pipe») and the method with the use of the mechanized seeder SSFK-7. In the design of the sowing device SSFK-7, plastic funnels were added, which are located in the apparatus of batch sowing, snug against the blades of the cells. Plastic funnels are located evenly, so that the distance between them is the same, they move in a circle, which ensures the seeding of the seeds in portions, each being a line or a family. The seed tube that goes from the batching machine to the centrifugal seed distributor is disconnected, instead of it the branch pipe is connected to the cross, which distributes the seeds to two extreme right coulters, the other openers in this seeding method are not working. Analysis of the research results showed great practical value of the new method of seeding with the SSFC-7 seeder for the selection of breeding nurseries. The effectiveness of this method is characterized by a reduction in sowing time and labor intensity by 1,9 times. The improvement of the selection process and the replacement of manual labor with mechanized labor will make it possible to significantly increase the amount of selection in the future and to obtain high results in breeding.
