The goal – ways to improve the work of agricultural transport, taking into account the dynamic characteristics: freight turnover, transportation distance along the routes. Methods – comparative, system analysis, mathematical modeling. Results – economic and mathematical model of transport services and creation of optimal variant of organization of transportation operations are presented, which will reduce their cost in agro-industrial complex, reduce raw material costs, increase the efficiency of transport operation, maximize the use of storage space parameters and guarantee the necessary conditions for saving, reduce supplies costs and maximize inventory turnover. The technique of constructing a structural economic model for forecasting the volume of financial receipts from transportation of goods is considered. The logistics process is shown, which is coordinating the activities of purchasing service of enterprises, warehouse services, and production. Regularities are revealed that take into account the control over the receipt of stocks and supply of goods, rhythm of processing cargo flows. Approaches to the provision of transport operations with definition of the main economic and organizational principles and features are proposed. It has been established that the quality and initial cost of agricultural products are influenced by various factors, the most important of which is the timing and conditions of its transportation. Procurement coordination is carried out in the process of supplying resources and with the help of supply control. The main task is to match storage capacities with the possibility of processing products for a given period with full satisfaction of consumer requests. Conclusions – the formation of a network of transport and logistics systems in the regions is needed for the growth of economy of Kazakhstan and can attract additional cargo flows, investments, and create new jobs.
Purpose. Improving the efficiency of trucking (TR) in the conditions of a mining enterprise by means of developing recommendations aimed at enhancing reliability of the transport process. Methodology. To determine the factors influencing the reliability of TR the Functional Resonance Analysis Method (hereinafter FRAM) was used, which is based on the study on the functions of freight automobile transportation process with respect to six different aspects: time, control, output, resource, prerequisites, and entrance. Findings. The transport process of TR in the conditions of a mining enterprise is represented by five main functions: preparation of TR, supply of the truck for loading, loading of cargo, transportation and unloading of cargo at the destination point. For each function of the transport process TR we determined its variability as based on the accuracy and timeliness of the transport operation; identified factors that affect the reliability of the transport process, namely driver experience, administrative control, time of the transport operation, complexity of the transport operation, workplace ergonomics, workload and stress, the level of management support that may worsen the final result of goods delivery to the point of unloading. It is determined that preparation and transportation of cargo to the destination point is the least reliable function of TR transport process. This is due to the significant changeability and variability, a large number of production tasks and high variable standards of transport work. It is proposed to strengthen the control over the psychophysiological condition of the driver in order to improve the reliability of TR in the conditions of a mining enterprise and to reduce the probability of failures during the performance of transportation work. Originality. It consists in establishing the relationship between the functions and factors of the transport process of TR in the conditions of a mining enterprise, which allows assessment of the reliability level of the task in a timely manner. Practical value. It consists in a quantitative assessment of the impact of transportation process factors on the reliability of TR in the conditions of a mining enterprise.
Purpose. To increase output of traffic network while deriving new dependencies of transport flow characteristics upon control law parameters and using them to develop an algorithm to automate a process of the transport flow coordinated regulation within towns and cities. Methodology. The aggregated simulation model, describing processes of road traffic formation within a local section of urban traffic system, is used for the analysis of dependencies to assess quality of transport flow control upon correcting conditions being parameters of traffic cycles within intersections. The abovementioned should involve a PID controller as well as a negative feedback idea to automate control of the road traffic process. In this context, control criterion is applied to determine critical flow intensity if a traffic jam occurs. The criterion makes it possible to identify changes in the road traffic nature. To determine the optimal settings of the PID controller for different stocks of the stability control system, the standard deviation of the controlled variable from the set value and the mean static control error are defined. The derived dependencies of control quality criteria upon a law of flow regulation have helped develop a new algorithm of the coordinated automated road traffic control within a local section of urban traffic section using standard control action. Simulation experiments made it possible to assess efficiency of the proposed algorithm of control compared with available ones applied in terms of different road conditions. Findings. As a part of the studies, algorithm of the coordinated automated road traffic has been developed. It helps support maximum output of road systems while monitoring changes in the traffic environment characteristics. Originality. For the first time, dependencies of assessment criteria of traffic flow control upon the parameters of a law of flow intensity regulation have been identified if maximum output of road systems is provided. The dependencies have helped substantiate optimum control criteria for different road conditions while automating a process of coordinated traffic flow regulation within local section of urban traffic network. Practical value. The proposed dependencies of assessment criteria of traffic flow control upon the parameters of a law of flow intensity regulation as well as the algorithm of automated coordinated control are the theoretical foundations to solve such an important applied scientific problem as automation of a process of urban traffic flow regulation.
