This study presents how to shape students' moral values in realizing effective communication which has recently been running less harmoniously. effective communication as the main bridge from the decline in teacher and student relations in madrasas. In madrasas, educators do not just focus on how to teach, but the behavior of a mentor is like a commendable human character which contains the implication that the behavior of educators is a role model that is reflected in their daily life, both towards students and other people, including when they want to interact with each other. Classroom learning activities require separate communication, where teachers and students exchange ideas, and develop ideas, knowledge, skills, moral values, and attitudes through effective communication.
