However, the result of previous studies on the transactional leadership style refers to the strong positive role on employee performance in organisations that they work in. Leaders have to enhance the role of transactional leadership styles in organisations that they manage them, to improve and develop the relationship between them and their subordinates in to increase the performance of their employee. Leaders should not follow the transformational leadership style because the results of previous studies are refer to a weak positive role on employee performance , and need more studies on transformational leadership to prove the role of it in different cultures and organisations. For further research in this scope, researcher recommended to conduct research in different cultures or organisations to determine leadership style has strong positive role on employee performance beside transactional leadership.
BACKGROUND Children's abusive assault is a tortious global phenomenological dilemma and it's a major public health problem around the world because of that many children lost their health and life, and suffered from severe economical and psychological issues which are very harmful to their future. Children are the most vulnerable section of society it is imperative to defend and uphold their rights properly because of psychological immaturity it is the obligation of the elders to keep them secure and prevent all kinds of risks and dangers. Many children suffer from feelings of inferiority and have lost their self-determination and self-esteem, feeling themselves a burden on society. In our current research, we will examine the health and economic consequences of child abuse in different countries and regions around the world. We will analyze and observe the total number of child abuse in developed and developing countries by evaluating health and economic indicators. We will review the number of CA Child Abuse in developed countries America, Europe, and in developing countries Pakistan, and India because if we calculate the population of these 4 regions and countries it's more than half of the world population. So calculating the numbers of CA Child Abuse in these regions can give us a better idea of the rest of the world. OBJECTIVE Concrete measures for systematic prevarication of child abuse, thorough understanding of the psychological disease, careful assessment of the future of children suffering from mental illness, and evaluation of abused children for not performing well economically. METHODS We use cross-section country analysis, US, Europe, and in developing countries Pakistan and India, we use Data Tab and Graph Prism version 9.5.1 for results 2way ANOVA analysis t-test and Pearson-r correlation between CA Child Abuse, Health Issue HI and Economic Burden EB psychological disorder PD. The variable we used for our research is the independent variable CA Child Abuse and mediator & moderator variables healthcare issues & psychological disorder and the dependent variable is EB Economic Burden or consequences. RESULTS From the present research it is realized that CA Child Abusive have a higher ratio in Europe and US, 18 Million and 1,15,000 numbers in the US these numbers are according to 2022 for a few months, not the entire year, with EB Economic Burden US$592 in US and in Europe US$124 billion, the ratio of CA and EB in Pakistan and India are 7500 cases with US$7.5 billion in Pakistan and 54359 cases with US$209.3 billion in India. This number may be changed and costs may be increase or decrease because apart from this many cases unreported in each country and region. CONCLUSIONS Parents are the most responsible for child abusive dilemma, being ignorant and uneducated parent increase child abuse cases more whereas being educated good parents meager the child abuse cases. Because of Child abuse children who suffer from an inferiority complex lose their self-determination and self-confidence which further creates many psychological, health, and economic problems for children's future and also for the entire society. Child abuse have economically devastating economic impacts on the entire world, the world must be taken concrete measures to preclude this calamity and individually each country should formulate a strict policy to prevent child abuse, and the child-abusing offender should be punished very severely.
