This study aims to determine the intention of the students towards the use of digital learning during the COVID-19 outbreak as it impacts to cover the syllabus and face the learning management at risk. The rising dilemma of the COVID-19 urged the world communities to adopt the Digital system in the learning sphere to mitigate the psychological stress of the pandemic as Pakistan also moved to meet the criteria accordingly. The current research investigates the university students’ perception to apply the digital learning system in the way to regulate their online classes among the graduate to the Ph.D. level in Sindh. For the discovering the opinion of the digital learning users the behavioral determinants as perceived ease of use (PEOU), perceived usefulness (PU), social influence (SI), perceived quality (PQ), and intention to use e-learning (IEL) have been proposed and these constructs are used to envisage the students intentional level to use the wireless technology in their online classes in a Pakistan point of view. The data was collected through the students using an online survey of the Mehran University of Engineering & Technology Jamshoro, in which 249 respondents participated via their online feedback to fill the questionnaires. The theoretical approach pursues to encircle the technological acceptance model and unified theory of acceptance and use of technology to find out the users intention to use the digital learning and the data analysis was carried out through utilizing SPSS version 24 and the hypotheses were tested through the regressions and correlations. The given results highlight that all proposed factorsreveal the significant and positive relationship with dependent variable. The limitation of the prevailing study is concerned with the use of wireless technology in educational sector within a particular institution and findings could assist the students to adopt the online learning during the COVID-19 outbreak. The overall findings lead towards proposed framework and its practical implications.
This study aims to evaluate the utilization of ICT in education administration and management in a Pakistan context during the pandemic outbreak. Adoption of information and communication technologies (ICTs) has digitalized the learning process where education organizations were administrated by means of wireless-based instructions, electronic pedagogy, and online assessment in order to continue the educational activities while the government halted the physical appearance in education institutions. Data collection has been carried by three public universities in which teachers and general administration of these institutions participated to discover their intention to use the assigned technology to administrate organizations’ policies in the way to disseminate the respective service delivery. Survey questionnaires were used, and 178 respondents’ feedback was secured to analyze the study that was carried out via SPSS version 24 and validation OF hypotheses measured by means of regressions and correlations. Moreover, proposed factors like intention to use, perceived ease of ease, perceived usefulness, social influence, and Users’ expectations were used. A theoretical approach was inculcated to encircle the UTAUT and TAM model to determine the adoption of the innovative system education management during the pandemic outbreak in the country.
The current study provides an overview of the COVID-19 implications on the health workers by means of their mental health and psychosocial aspects. It develops the sense of fear and susceptibility of the health workers for coping the strategies and medical targets and such perceived stress remained so fatal and harmful to the workers psyche to meet the job satisfaction under the prevailing situation due to the outbreak of the pandemic COVID-19. The prevention measures failed and became a futile attempt to seize the atmosphere of stressfulness for the frontline workers to combat the COVID-19 and it returned in the form of fear, anxiety and emotional dilemmas of isolation and loneliness. This study assists to investigate perception of the medical workers by empirical means either they face psychosocial worriness and mentally stress relating to their service during the COVID-19 outbreak in Pakistan. For the data collection, an online survey was conducted from 30 April to 20 May in which 392 questionnaires were distributed among Pakistani doctors and paramedical staff and the response rate remained 256 (65.3%) to discover their concern on the rising dilemma of the COVID-19. For the empirical analysis, proposed variables were adopted to carry out the study in order to find out the intentional level of the health workers regarding their mental distress and psychosocial problems. For the data collection, respondents were participated from the Sindh province of Pakistan in which data was analyzed through SPSS version 24 as it applied the regressions and Pearson's correlation to test the hypothesis that resulted to reveal all factors to sustain the significant positive relationship with dependent construct.
