Teknologi internet yang terus berkembang menimbulkan banyak dampak terhadap media digital yang berupateks, citra, audio dan video. Salah satu dampaknya adalah kemudahan dalam pertukaran, pendistribusian danpenggandaan data digital, di sisi lain kemudahan ini juga menimbulkan permasalahan ketika data digital ituterlindungi oleh hak cipta atau data digital itu bersifat rahasia. Watermarking menjadi salah satu solusi untukmasalah perlindungan hak cipta data digital. Penelitian tentang watermarking telah banyak dilakukan sebelumnyasalah satunya adalah DWT. Dari beberapa Penelitian yang telah dilakukan ditemukan adanya kelemahan padaproses penyisipan pesan yaitu waktu untuk proses penyisipan citra watermark yang relative lama apalagi untukcitra dengan size yang besar.Adanya permasalahan mengenai waktu penyisipan pesan yang relatif lama maka perluuntuk melanjutkan penelitian mengenai watermarking untuk mencoba menerapkan proses kompresi pada citra aslisebelum dilakukan proses penyisipan citra watermark. Citra asli yang akan disisipi citra watermark akandikompres menggunakan algoritma Run Length Encoding. Obesity is technically described as the excess deposition of 20% or more body fat over a person's ideal weight of body. The latter is an individual's maximum healthy value, which is measured primarily based on age, build, height, and degree of muscular growth. Obesity, on the other hand, is diagnosed by comparing an individual's weight to his or her height and calculating the BMI. The NIH has set a maximum of 30 kg/m2 as the threshold for being considered obese. As a result, amid World Health Organization warnings, obesity is on the rise in children and adults around the world. Obesity's rise, as well as the scope of related health problems, has significant ramifications for both people and public healthcare systems. Obesity is linked to increased chances of injury, sickness, and death, and it is one of the world's most overlooked public health problems. Obesity is linked to cardiac problems, which are the primary cause of death globally especially hypertension and diabetes. However, the mechanisms underlying obesity-related hypertension and other metabolic disorders have yet to be thoroughly studied. We looked at the connection among obese and heart disease, specifically the biological mechanisms that link obese and hypertension, in this study.

This study aims for know se how much the level of traffic accidents in the area and for get The value of Accident Rate is Black Spot and Black Site on road Bangkinang-Rantau Berangin.The method used in this research is the Calculation Analysis method by identifying the Black Spot and Black Site based on the Accident Rate . The results of the analysis of data years 2014 - 2018 indicates that the segments road Bangkinang - Rantau Berangin can be identified value Accident rate which is Black Spot is the village of Pulau Gadang - Tanjung Alai with accident rate amounted to 2,069 and also the village of Tanjung Alai – Batu Bersurat with grades Accident rate amounted to 2,069. While for Accident rate against Black Site among others , namely the segment road Tanjung Alai – Batu Bersurat with Accident rate of 0.295 followed by the village of Pulau Gadang - Tanjung Alai is 0,258 and followed the village of Kuok - Village Lereng with Accident rate 0,240.
