Families are at the forefront to break the chain of the spread of the COVID-19 outbreak. Methods: Survey method with a cross-sectional design to identify the relationship between the level of family knowledge and the effectiveness of the covid 19 vaccination. analyzed by looking at the correlation between vaccinations for parents which will have an impact on reducing the rate of transmission in children . Results: Accounting for about 780 children with a percentage of 100%. In the implementation of the prevention of covid 19 there was 355 families with a percentage of 64.50% carried out the implementation of the covid 19 prevention protocol. In the vaccine status of parents, there are still many who have not been vaccinated with 308 families around 56%. Some respondents have a sufficient level of knowledge as much as 51% with a total of 280 families. While the level of knowledge that is the least is at 22.46% with a total of 124 families. Conclusion: The relationship between these factors in the prevention of covid 19 in the city of Kupang is based on children. Based on these results, it can be concluded that there is a significant effect on the level of knowledge on the effectiveness of the covid 19 vaccination at the Kupang City Health Center in 2022, there are still many families who do not know the benefits of the covid 19 vaccination and the effectiveness of the covid 19 vaccine vaccination is still low.
The low awareness of mothers about implementing health protocols will have an impact on toddlers. The incidence of COVID-19 at the Wuhan China children's hospital reached 10.6% in toddlers, in Indonesia it was 2.9%, in East Nusa Tenggara there were 858 toddlers and at the Sikumana Health Center in Kupang City in 2020 6 toddlers, and in 2021 it increased to 70 toddlers. The study aims to find out relationship between the level of knowledge and behavior in implementing health protocols for mothers under five in the working area of the Sikumana Health Center, Kupang City. This type of research method is an analytical quantitative research approachCross sectional study and using a parametric test, namely the chi-square test. Results of study shows most of the level of knowledge and behavior in implementing health protocols for mothers under five is in the good category. Statistical test resultsshows a p value of 0.000 < Alpha 0.05 meaning that there is a significant correlation or relationship betweenthe level of knowledge and behavior of mothers with toddlers regarding the implementation of health protocols at posyandu, Oepura village, Sikumana health center, Kupang City. There is a relationshipbetweenthe level of knowledge and behavior of mothers with toddlers about implementing health protocolsin the working area of the Sikumana health center, Kupang city. It is hoped that the knowledge of mothers under five about implementing health protocols will be well maintained and those who still have sufficient and insufficient knowledge need to be increased
Coronary heart disease is a disease caused by flak that accumulates in the arteries which reduces the supply of oxygen throughout the body, especially the heart muscle. A good quality of life in patients with coronary heart disease is needed to maintain that patients are able to get the best health status, optimally and for as long as possible. The study aims to find out the Factors Affecting the Quality of Life of Patients with Coronary Heart Disease at the Sikumana Health Center. A quantitative descriptive research method using a cross sectional approach. The results of the 3 variables showed that depression had a significant relationship to quality of life p-value = 0.028, coping had no effect on the quality of life of heart sufferers p-value = 0.078 and family support no effect on the quality of life of people with heart disease with p-value = 0.101, multiple multivariate analysis with the backward LR method, it can be seen that the R Square value is 0.335 meaning that coping and family support variables explain the quality of life of heart patients by 33.5% while the rest is explained by other variables not examined in this study. based on the beta coefficient, the independent variable that has the greatest beta coefficient value is family support (coef. beta = -1.867). It can be concluded that the independent variable that has the most influence on the quality of life of heart sufferers is family support
Nutritional problems in toddlers are still a major problem in East Nusa Tenggara Province. The 2018 Basic Health Research results show the percentage of malnourished babies aged 0-23 months in Indonesia was 3.8%, and malnutrition was 11.4%. East Nusa Tenggara is the province with the highest percentage of malnutrition among children aged 0-23 months in 2018. Nutritional problems have broad dimensions, such as socio-economic, cultural, educational, and environmental issues. The research objective is to determine the correlation between the sunrise model's factors and the toddler's nutritional status in the Kupang district. This study is a quantitative observational study with a cross-sectional design. The sampling technique in this study used accidental sampling. The research sample consisted of 169 people at 26 health centers. The results showed that there was a relationship between the use of health technology with the nutritional status of children under five (p=0.023), religious beliefs with family philosophy (p=0.024), family closeness (p=0.005), cultural and lifestyle factors (p=0.007), family economy (p=0.015), parental education (p=0.026), all variables have a significant relationship with the nutritional status of infants/toddlers (p=<0.05). It is concluded that there is a significant relationship between the factors in the sunrise model and the nutritional status of children under five in Kupang district. It is suggested that the sunrise model approach can be used to fix nutritional problems in children under five in Kupang Regency.
