In this data article, hybrid fuzzy Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP) and fuzzy Technique for Order of Preference by Similarity to Ideal Solution (TOPSIS) were used to prioritize the effective qualifications of teachers of medical courses at university from the viewpoint of students of allied medicine school in Tehran University of Medical Sciences in 2013–2014. To obtain data, 200 students of allied medicine school of Tehran University of Medical Sciences were selected using random sampling method, and surveyed according to Cochran׳s formula. Data collection tools were two research-based questionnaires divided to technical, professional and individual parts. Content validity was approved by the experts. Reliability was confirmed by calculating the Cronbach׳s alpha (α=0, 85) in order to measure the degree of internal cohesion.

Background: According to the Qur’an, man is the servant and the successor of Allah, the representative of prosperity on earth, and has the responsibility for the universe. This approach will create a constructive human interaction with the environment. Environmental degradation is against the will of Allah. It originates from ignorance, human selfishness, passions, and evil temptations, manifest in greed, arrogance, and extravagance. If humans control these abnormal factors and follow Qur’an teachings, they will enjoy a healthy environment that is a universal right. This paper seeks to study the anthropological theory of the Qur’an and its role in reducing environmental degradation. Methods: Based on the descriptive-analytical design, we explored 70 verses of the Holy Qur’an in which the words samā’, ‘ard, mas’ūl, khalīfah, shaytān, and those are cognate with the Arabic verbs sa-khkha-ra, ha-ra-sa, sa-ra-fa, ki-ba-ra, ha-wā, ‘a-ba-da, and ‘a-ma-ra, as well as the related articles, books, and philological and exegetical sources. We investigated the Qur’an to find the effect of awareness and more attention of human beings to the dimensions of man’s creation to reduce environmental degradation. These issues will be discussed in two parts: 1) the anthropology and the dimensions of human creation in the Qur’an, and 2) the causes of environmental degradation. Results: This study showed that the survival of life and human enjoyment of a healthy environment depends on enough knowledge of oneself, seeking help from Allah, and following the Qur’anic guidelines. These facts effectively control internal and external causes of environmental degradation, including ignorance, egoism, selfishness, and evil temptations. These actions destroy the roots of greed, arrogance, and extravagance in human beings. For this reason, Allah demands humans to develop earth, care for and rescue it from any destruction, avoid extravagance, and observe justice. Conclusion: Meditating in the Qur’an, the man knows his creative dimensions and environmental degradation factors that are incompatible with nature and are rooted in some of the inner and outer dimensions of human personality. Hence, he will consciously enjoy sustainable development and maintaining a healthy environment. This behavior will then reduce anomalies in the environment on his part.

After assessment of the theoretical basis of necessitybased training in trauma and classification, this method has been developed with active training strategies that depend on educational standards in three areas including before, during and after necessity-based training in trauma. A managerial system in trauma for these scenarios must diagnose the needs correctly and meet them for individuals, groups, and communities. This must include diagnosis, classification, and prioritization of actual needs and differentiation from unrealistic needs. Method: After receiving questions regarding needs, they were classified and referred to the specialized committees. Four methods were used in necessity-based training in trauma: 1. group discussions (small and large groups); 2. question and answer method; 3. problem-solving method; and 4. brainstorming method (IC). Findings: In this study, a significant relation was established between the three areas or domains of learning: 1) knowledge domain (learning the theoretical basis of necessity-based training); 2) motivational domain (how to motivate collection, classification, etc. and 3) the technical domain (how trauma experts and specialists can recognize and classify needs practically. Our findings suggest that an appropriate and applicable model for identification, classification, and use of the designed scenarios, can be provided for all traumatologists in Iran.

<p>The death of the cerebral cortex is a particular type of brain death that occurs after the destruction of the cerebral cortex (the hemispheres of the brain). It is said that the individual has gone through a vegetative state. This cortex is responsible for controlling voluntary activities of the body. This condition is caused by a coma (anesthesia), and sometimes the individual remains in this state for several years. Although the person looks awake, his/her eyes are open and has some involuntary movements, there is no signs of mental and cognitive function. Moreover, the individual is physically in a state of dementia. Coma is a state in which a person cannot be awakened and does not respond to any stimulation including pain. Generally it lasts few days to a few weeks, after which some patients gradually recover, but some permanently lose all brain function (brain death), while others evolve to a vegetative state (VS). Patients in VS are unconscious and unaware of their surroundings, but they continue to have a sleep-wake cycle and can have periods of consciousness. They are able to breathe spontaneously, retain their gag, cough, sucking, and swallowing reflexes. They often look fairly “normal” to families and friends who hope and pray for their full recovery. Laws and regulations in Islamic countries originate from popular jurisprudence. Therefore, by arguing that the well-known principles of Islam are necessarily legitimate, the phenomenon of vegetative state has been recognized. Jurisprudents have conflicting opinions on brain deaths and these perspectives cannot be considered as a widespread legal basis at the level of macro policy for administrative, medical and judicial affairs. In criminal law, maniac has no criminal responsibility because the punishment is not in line with the purpose of punishment. Consequently, restrictions will be imposed on the patients. Therefore, it can be concluded that a person with vegetative state is compatible with the insanity.</p>
