To analyze the transmission of hepatitis C available studies differentiate state/province from the Indian region. In this review it has been described that there is strong association among the factors responsible for hepatitis C virus (HCV) transmission and community-based complex intervention within public health. Total 25 most relevant articles included in this review for Uttar Pradesh, Punjab, Tamil Nadu, Haryana, Odisha, West Bengal, Uttarakhand, and Gujarat. This systematic review followed the preferred reporting items for systematic reviews and meta-analyses (PRISMA) guidelines. The general concepts and topics covered by PRISMA are all relevant to any systematic review. All articles published before September 2020 that the electronic databases used in this search needed to draw content from the fields of tropical medicine, infectious disease, gastroenterology, sexually transmitted disease, communicable disease, family medicine physicians, public health and hepatology The respondent population was 104776 categorised into five major groups; general population, underprivileged population, associated risk patient, risk behavior group. We investigated an effective cluster, and random population from various locations, prevalence in community groups. Recommendation of this review is to develop a standardized public health structure between primary health-care providers in rural and urban populations, prevent infected blood transmission and proper screening of high-risk groups.
This case study investigates the experiences of planning and strategies to respond to a medical emergency and healthcare delivery during the COVID-19 pandemic, the local health practitioners from rural and urban areas of northern India; we included the experiences of telemedicine among the practitioners of Allopathic medicine System, Indian medicine System, and Allied health services. The case study recorded descriptive telephonic interviews about the situation, task, and action towards telehealth. The 35 respondents from Uttar Pradesh, Madhya Pradesh, Delhi, and Rajasthan. Find the results approximately 10-90% of telehealth services increase in clinical and non-clinical facilities. Approximately 95% of healthcare providers adapted telehealth delivery in the pandemic situation. The observation of preparedness in telehealth services and continued effort to address the situation by local health care providers. The status of real-time response to the prevention and control of new incidents. The role of telehealth setting in COVID-19, situation disembarrass through Voice call, text message, picture/video message, and all other possible measures were employed to accumulate maximum clinical information in real-time.
Introduction: The awareness and practices of the general population regarding handling of medical emergency situations is important as many lives can be saved from premature deaths if many people are equipped to handle emergency situation. The aim and objective of this study was to assess awareness about medical emergency and practices pertaining medical emergencies. Methodology; This cross-sectional study was conducted among 202 residents from 10 randomly selected villages in Hapur district, Uttar Pradesh, recruited using simple random sampling technique. A pretested structured questionnaire was used to collect data through face-to-face interview from July 2020 to Feb 2021. Result: A total of 202 participants were included in the study. We estimated 174(86.1%) are males and 28(13.9%) females in this study. Education of participants 94(46.5%) completed primary school, 76(37.6%) high school, 22(10.9%) senior secondary school, 8(4%) are illiterates and 2(1%) are university graduates. Regarding family size, 194(96%) are married while 8(4%) are single.
