The Bus Trans Sidoarjo (BTS) operates to facilitate the movement of the population from Sidoarjo to Surabaya and the opposite route. In this paper will be analyzed the travel patterns and passenger characteristics of the BTS Route of Porong-Purabaya Terminal. The method used includes analysis of passenger travel distribution, accessibility, average travel time and headway, and operational cost. The result showed the highest passenger traffic patterns is between Pondok Mutiara Shelter-Purabaya Bus Station and Purabaya Bus Station-Pondok Jati Shelter. The characteristic dominant by female, age 40-44 years old, private employees, the purpose to work, the way to the shelter and final destination use public transport and delivered, origin and destination shelter by Purabaya Bus Station, fare by 6.000 rupiahs, intensity by indefinitely. Average travel time is 59,53 minutes. Average headway is 29,92 minutes. Fares to use BTS is 6.000 rupiahs and 2.000 rupiahs, for private transport is 37.030-39.255 rupiahs /vehicle-km. Abstrak Bus Trans Sidoarjo (BTS) dioperasikan untuk memperlancar pergerakan penduduk dari Sidoarjo ke Surabaya dan rute sebaliknya. Pada makalah ini akan dianalisa pola perjalanan dan karakteristik penumpang BTS Trayek Terminal Porong-Purabaya. Metode yang digunakan meliputi analisa distribusi perjalanan penumpang, aksesibiltas, waktu tempuh rata-rata dan headway, serta analisa biaya operasional kendaraan (BOK). Hasil analisa menunjukkan pola perjalanan penumpang terbanyak yaitu antar Halte Pondok Mutiara-Terminal Purabaya dan antar Terminal Purabaya-Pondok Jati. Karakteristik penumpang didominasi perempuan, umur 40-44 tahun, pekerjaan pegawai swasta, maksud perjalanan bekerja, cara menuju halte dan tempat tujuan akhir menggunakan angkutan kota dan diantar, halte asal dan tujuan Terminal Purabaya, tarif 6.000 rupiah, serta intensitas secara tak tentu. Waktu tempuh rata-rata 59,53 menit. Headway rata-rata 29,92 menit. Tarif untuk BTS sebesar 6.000 rupiah dan 2.000 rupiah, sedangkan untuk kendaraan pribadi sebesar 37.030 rupiah-39.255 rupiah/kendaraan-km.
Infrastruktur merupakan roda penggerak pertumbuhan ekonomi serta memiliki peran yang signifikan dalam pengembangan suatu wilayah. Adanya infrastruktur yang memadai, aktivitas ekonomi menjadi semakin tinggi sehingga dapat meningkatkan pendapatan masyarakat. Provinsi Jawa Timur memiliki 5.495 perusahaan industri berdasarkan pada survei industri besar dan sedang tahun 2019. Banyaknya perusahaan industri mendorong perkembangan infrastruktur pada suatu daerah. Salah satunya yaitu Kabupaten Sidoarjo yang merupakan Kabupaten dengan jumlah industri terbanyak di Jawa Timur. Seiring berjalannya waktu, Sidoarjo sering mengalami kemacetan akibat meningkatnya volume kendaraan yang tidak diiringi dengan perluasan area jalan yang salah satunya terletak di Jalan Raya Aloha. Dengan adanya Proyek Pembangunan Jalan Frontage Waru-Buduran diharapkan mampu mengurangi kemacetan di daerah tersebut. Struktur jalan yang digunakan dalam proyek tersebut yaitu menggunakan perkerasan kaku metode cast in situ. Dalam tugas akhir ini, metode yang diajukan untuk pekerjaan perkerasan kaku yaitu metode precast-prestressed concrete pavement (PPCP) dimana memiliki kelebihan dalam efisiensi material dan durasi pengerjaan yang lebih cepat dari metode cast in situ. Perbandingan biaya pelaksanaan pada proyek ini dimulai dengan menyusun item pekerjaan, menghitung volume, menentukan metode pelaksanaan, menghitung produktivitas dan durasi, menghitung biaya pelaksanaan, menganalisis perbandingan biaya pelaksanaan, dan membuat network planning dan bar chart. Hasil analisis biaya dan waktu menunjukkan bahwa pada pekerjaan perkerasan kaku metode cast in situ membutuhkan waktu pelaksanaan selama 132,95 hari dengan biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp27.954.230.935 dan metode precast-prestressed concrete pavement membutuhkan waktu pelaksanaan selama 111,68 hari dengan biaya pelaksanaan sebesar Rp27.539.255.038. Selisih waktu sebesar 21,27 hari dan selisih biaya sebesar Rp414.975.898. Kata Kunci-Cast in situ, Perkerasan Kaku, Precast-Prestressed Concrete Pavement, Rencana Anggaran Pelaksanaan.
Suramadu bridge linking Surabaya to Madura island by road, is expected to become effective and efficient movement and social inequality can be immediately reduced. Transportation flow quickly and effectively will make progress soon skyrocketed Madura, competing with other regions. Tata territory and land use will also be formed in proportion, and also aims to create a reliable road network in anticipation of traffic growth in the future. In this study discussed about the development of the volume of traffic using the crossing Ferry before the construction of the longest bridge and after the operation the longest bridge in the year 2009 as well as the direct benefits gained. This study as an initial benchmark for accelerating the movement of passenger and goods transport from Surabaya to Madura Island. Review of the development of traffic volumes carried in the past 11 years and 30 years after the operation the longest bridge. From the calculation, that the volume of passenger traffic and goods occurring before establishing the longest bridge of its development amounted to-0.659% for passengers, 6.523% and 0.930% 2 wheels for 4-wheel vehicles with a minimum amount of 10,095,643 pass per year, 1731. 195 unit veh/yr wheel 2 and 1,514,696 units of veh/yr for wheel 4. Meanwhile, after the operation of the longest bridge in the 2009 th largest amount of traffic volume is, 34,294,786 units of veh/yr for 2 wheel and 9,929,491 units of veh/yr for wheel 4. This means that the construction of the longest bridge is very effective to increase the volume of traffic and the direct benefits in the form of travel time savings are very significant.
