This paper proposes a new theory of consciousness. The author postulates that consciousness is a congenital act which is associated with not only with Newtonian physics but also with nonlocal quantum processes. Above all, consciousness follows the laws of quantum mechanics. It is a result of emission of coherent light in DNA and of the interaction of such emission with solitons in brain bioplasma, synergistically cooperating with neuron bio-computer simulation. Bose-Einstein condensate is a soliton generator in the human biological system. Once created, solitons are pumped to bioplasma and, together with laser light, form the structure and function of consciousness. What serves as the link between solitons and coherent laser light and bioplasma is electrostasis. Cell membranes and proteins are an "electrostasis screen" and a memory matrix for processes inside the cell, whereas the skin of the body is an electrostasis screen for the biological system. The transformation of photons into phonons and vice versa, and of photons into solitons in melanin constitutes the main bio-computer language. After it is processed, perceptual information is transmitted to bioplasma and it is in bioplasma that it is evaluated and compared with the bioplasma master pattern. Disturbed synchronization in these processes, impaired transformation or its absence, constitute subconscious or unconscious states or mental dysfunctions. Human consciousness can be considered in terms of quantum-information-cybernetic processes, and the same is true of artificial consciousness.
Quantum mechanics is capable of contributing to the development of psychological knowledge by creating new models to explain the mechanism of perception as well as the nature of mental processes. This knowledge will in turn facilitate the combination of electronic and information systems with the human biological system in robots. Such an arrangement, in the form of mutually coupled systems, can contribute to humans' becoming considerably more intelligent, acquiring better social skills, developing a universal management system, being provided with a wide range of language learning opportunities etc. It will pave the way for new educational systems, based on quantum computer science and artificial intelligence. In an electronic model of life, the biological system is understood to be a system composed of piezoelectric and pyroelectric devices, protein semiconductors, nucleic acids and melanin. In this system control is effected through a network of electron, photon, phonon, spin and soliton information channels as well as bioplasma. Each of these channels can in itself be a carrier of information, or they can function collectively as a group in the bioplasma system.
Classic psychology cannot cope with an explanation of the nature of archetypes and the collective unconscious in terms of Carl G. Jung. In explanation of these phenomena we can use, however, quantum psychology which takes the paradigm of electronic processes of life that accepts quantum processes occurring in the receptor cells and tissues. This model goes back to the Quantum Foundations, and believes that a living system is an electronic device capable of recording information by electronic means. This allows for explaining the mechanism of archetypes' action in a biological system as well as functioning of the collective unconscious. This means that, thanks to the electronic properties of the biological mass, this system has many possibilities of recording information about the experiences of individuals and the environment in which they live, but it has also the ability to record this information throughout ontogeny, and some of the phenomena within the scope of human phylogeny.
