The background of this research is the lack of a valid, practical and effective ICT-based learning media to learn about relations and functions. This research uses the Research and Development (R&D) method. The development model used in this study is the Plomp instructional model which consists of five phases namely:(1) the initial investigation phase; (2) the design phase; (3) realization phase; (4) test, evaluation and revision phases; (5) implementation phase. The purpose of this study is to develop ICT-based learning media on the subject of relations and functions that are valid, practical and efficient. The subjects of the study were 33 students of VIII grade SMP Negeri 5 Singingi Hilir. The instruments used were validation questionnaire, student response questionnaire and learning motivation questionnaire. Questionnaire sheets were analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. Based on the results of data analysis, the developed media are in a very valid category, practical to use on learning about relations and functions and effective to increase student learning motivation.

Physics learning in Vocational High School is considered ineffective, this is due to the lack of media and teaching materials during the learning activities. In addition, the ability of teachers to use the same methods and models, asking for learning in the classroom becomes monotonous and increases the knowledge and skills of students. The purpose of this research is to measure the effectiveness of learning with the Discovery Learning model on work and energy material through the AABTLT with SAS assessment system. The method used is descriptive method. The research was conducted at the Muhammadiyah 2 Cibiru Vocational School, with the sample of the study being 41 students from class X RPL. The results of the study show that there is a relationship between learning design that has been prepared with the achievement of learning by students. This research concludes that the use of the Discovery Learning model can measure the effectiveness of learning which shows the average achievement of each step of the activity exceeds 50%, where in the preliminary activities reached 82.14%, essences activities 71.83% and closing activities 61.31%
Many works by Muslim scientists that have not been used as science teaching materials in Islamic schools (madrasah), generally the teaching materials given at the Islamic schools (madrasah) are the same as the teaching materials given in high school. This writing aims to uncover the findings of Muslim scientists who can be used as science teaching materials in Islamic schools (madrasah). The method of discussion used in this paper is the history of science with an Islamic perspective and demonstrative science learning methods. Data is collected through literature. The results of the study revealed that the motion theory of Ibn Bajah that influenced Galileo Galilei could be taught in Islamic schools (madrasah). The aim is to enrich students' insight into the Islamic perspective.
The purpose of this study was to determine and analyze the effect of suitability for job placement and transactional leadership style on organizational commitment and employee performance, to determine and analyze the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance, to determine and analyze the effect of suitability for job placement and transactional leadership style on employee performance through organizational commitment to PT. The results showed that work placement had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment, leadership style had a positive and significant effect on organizational commitment. Work placement has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, leadership style has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, organizational commitment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Organizational commitment can mediate the effect of work placement and leadership style on employee performance at PT. Bank Sulselbar Makassar
