This research is an empowerment of the potential of vocational school teachers in the form of scientific writing to function as a vehicle for communication and dissemination of works and ideas for teachers or others. The problems are: (1) the making of scientific papers of any type is partly, vocational teachers do not understand much and are unable to write good scientific works, are still done traditionally, whereas writing web-based scientific papers/research is urgently needed in the revolutionary era and society now and in the future. (2). Until now, SMK (Vocational High Schools) have not strengthened the ability to respond to the needs of the world of work, business, industry with innovation and digital-based interdisciplinary curriculum, education in SMK should be as a reference for innovation, and most responsive to the development of knowledge and technology according to the needs of industry and civil society. is the ability to change midset action in writing scientific papers, which are designed through implementation, and empowering the potential of vocational school teachers in the methods of editing, inquiry, compiling the results of scientific papers and others relevant to the development of the era of the industrial revolution and the Society. Research methods include holding workshops. training scenarios using in class systems on the job training and presentation of results on the job, at the end of the workshop, motivating and creativity, a web-based scientific / research writing contest was held using the science and technology media built through vocational teachers. The results of the study include: (1) The realization of birth of human resources (teachers) in vocational schools, especially in Bandung in writing web-based scientific research and digitizing in Management of Multicultural Education with Strengthening Education and National Identity in an integrated manner in line with the development of the Industrial Revolutionary Era and society.
Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mendeskripsikan, menganalisis dan menghasilkan solusi tentang perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan, kendala, serta upaya untuk mengatasi kendala pada pemanfaatan sarana dan prasarana dalam mendukung pembelajaran yang efektif di SMKN 13 Bandung. Teori yang melandasi penelitian ini adalah teori manajemen yang dikemukakan oleh George R Terry meliputi Planning (Perencanaan), Organizing (Pengorganisasian), Actuating (Pelaksanaan) dan Controlling (Pengawasan). Prosedur penelitian yang digunakan adalah deskriptif analitik dengan pendekatan kualitatif, dan teknik pengumpulan data melalui wawancara, observasi dan studi dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa revitalisasi sarana dan prasarana pada kompetensi keahlian Kimia Analisis telah dilaksanakan sesuai ketentuan dan standar yang ditetapkan, hal ini terlihat dari kesungguhan sekolah dalam perencanaan, pengorganisasian, pelaksanaan dan pengawasan yang mengarah pada efektivitas pembelajaran produktif dan peningkatan kompetensi siswa SMK.
The purpose of this paper is that in the concept of Society 5.0, humans must play a greater role by transforming big data into a new wisdom to improve human capacity to open opportunities for humanity to achieve meaningful life, by utilizing technology in various aspects of life. Education is one of the spearheads of society 5.0's success that must be started from the bottom .The problem is whether government policies with technology and education systems are able to collaborate to form a system that is integrated in the development of the Society5.0 in human life? The technique of collecting data from literature studies is based on books, articles, journals, i the results of surveys of the use and development of technology in the industrial revolution 4.0. Critically analyzed descriptively using the theory of change approach of humanisties, digital disruption of Society's revolution disruption 5.0 It is expected that in the Industrial Revolution / Society 5.0, there will be aspects that will restore the glory of human civilization, namely aspects of collaborating with one another (physical, digital, biological, and equipped with the presence of spiritual aspects), meaning the 5.0 Society Revolution is the new future of mankind.
One form of teacher professional development is the development of teachers' ability to create scientific papers. This ability can be easily seen from the publications of teachers in various media, especially scientific journals. Writing scientific papers of this kind is believed to improve the professionalism of teachers as well as improve the quality of learning it conveys. The most crucial problem especially the teachers of Primary School of the regions / subdistricts that became the focus of research are: In the making of scientific writing in any type, some, the teachers of SD / MI have not much understanding and can not write good scientific papers. These problems are caused is the willingness and ability to write teachers remains low and need guidance, as a result of scientific work becomes constrained in many ways. Though the ability to write a scientific paper becomes a must for a professional teacher. The research objective of the knowledge m e ndalam them through, workshops, mentoring, training to produce a strategy / discovery of new theories and improved educational practice in the techniques of scientific writing is good and right with the end result that trainees can execute independently become professional teachers enhance the willingness and the potential of teachers writing various types of scientific papers, reducing the plagiarism system of making scientific papers; Mastery Methodology and research design, mastering practical ways and tips for successful writing of scientific papers. Framework Problem Solving of them follow the workshop. Method of research is qualitative analytical descriptive method designed through R & D for k Capacity of change midset action participants. Teachers are able to make strategies in shape papers and articles in improving the Competence and professional teachers of SD / MI especially in Bandung area / regency. This is generally included in Appropriate Technology in the form of empowerment model of professional improvement of primary school teachers / MI and generally throughout West Java.
The purpose of this study is to discern the direct or indirect influence of Task Technology Fit, System Information Quality through the study of the characteristics of a research at Gontor Modern Islamic Boarding School (PPMD). Using a sample of students in the PPMD Gontor Putra 3 Kediri, East Java. Sampling of purposive sampling totaling 50 respondents, carried out through the management of the characteristics of naturalistic arts education and culture. Research planning, which is a research program containing outlines, is carried out from questions to the final data analysis. This research is contrary to the assumption that social reality is unique, complex, and multiple, meaning that the research is the right approach to reveal the phenomena in the PPMD Gontor environment. The test results prove that Task technology, fit system quality has a significant influence on the naturalistic characteristics of education. Naturalistic research from concrete detailed observations on empirical social reality, so that grounded theory is built. Subsequently developed into substantive theory, middle-range theory, formal theory, finally became a theoretical frame work. This research wants to gain an understanding of educational management efforts related to Information Quality System but in collaboration with the characteristics of naturalistic theories of education.
