Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk membuat prototipe mobil listrik sula Politeknik Negeri Subang. Proses manufaktur melalui beberapa tahap seperti membaca desain rancangan, mengukur benda kerja, memotong benda kerja, penyambungan, assembly, dan uji coba. Proses ini sangat menunjang hasil akhir pada manufaktur rangka utama mobil listrik sula. Hasil rangka mobil listrik sula dilakukan dengan uji jalan trak 1 km dan beban penumpang 50 kg. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian dapat disimpulkan bahwa prototipe mobil listrik sula yang dibuat telah memenuhi standar untuk diikutkan dalam lomba mobil listrik Nasional.
Indonesia is a country with a tropical climate that has two seasons, namely the dry season and the rainy season. In the dry season, sun drying is the most widely used method for agricultural products. In the rainy season, people who open businesses in the food processing sector have difficulty predicting uncertain weather. The community needs solar thermal energy to dry food ingredients in the form of opak, tubers, fruits, etc. In the rainy season, the value of production has decreased. This study aims to create a drying machine that can help people to dry various types of food and fruit products. The research was carried out in several stages, namely field observation, literature study, design, manufacturing, and performance testing. The study states that: (1) the manufacturing process of electrical machine dryer was done in three stages: the initial stage, advanced stage, and the final stage. (2) the trial of an electrical dryer machine was used to dry opak and banana. Data obtained in the form of opak before drying weighs 3.4 ounces and after drying to 2.2 ounces. Whereas the banana before drying weighs 7.3 ounces and after drying to 4.5 ounces; (3) electrical dryer machine is very helpful in the process of drying food processed products in Subang Regency. Sentra Rakyat Rakyat (SPR) is a collection of cattle breeders in the Subang Regency area. SPR aims to raise beef cattle and provide ruminant feed. Ruminant feed made from corn hump waste. The disc mill machine is used in the process of destroying corn lumps into flour, flour from the results of this corn hump will be combined with other components to form a ruminant feed for cattle feed. The process of making feed is disrupted because the disc mill machine is damaged. This study aims to detect damage to the engine and clasification maintenance of disc mill machines using the Inspection, Medium Repair, Small Repair, and Overhaul (ISMO) methods. The method used in data collection is in the form of interviews and observations. Data is analyzed qualitatively description. The results of this study are (1) machine damage, namely the disc mill cutting blade allowance caused by the destruction of the engine shaft bearing; (2) More maintenance is needed on filter sections, cutting blades, crankshafts, v-belts and bearings.
Abstract-This study aims to increase: (1) the professionalism of teachers with teacherpreneurship implementation at SMK Negeri 2 Depok and SMK Negeri 1 Muhammadiyah Bantul, and (2) the response to the increase in the professionalism of teachers with teacherpreneurship implementation. The research is classroom action research. The research consists of cycle I, cycle II, and cycle III. In each cycle, there are planning, action, observation, and reflection. Data were analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques to the data collected through observation, documentation, and interviews. The results of this study indicate the implementation of teacher professionalism at the two schools can be viewed from three aspects: competence, creativity, and effectiveness. The increase in professionalism of teachers at SMK Negeri 2 Depok from the first cycle to the second cycle is (23.18%) and the increase from the second cycle to the third cycle is (16.82%), while the increase in the professionalism of teachers in SMK Muhammadiyah 1 Bantul from the first cycle to the second cycle is (25.42%) and an increase from the second cycle to the third cycle is (13.07%).
Occupational Health and Safety (OSH) in the industry and vocational education institutions are very important elements to ensure user safety and keep the machines in good condition. Polytechnics must be able to prepare OSH standards in the practical learning process in the laboratory. Therefore, this study aims to evaluate the compliance of the Subang State Polytechnic Laboratory in the application of OSH. Observation data obtained were analyzed by descriptively – quantitatively methods. The results showed that the facilities and application of OSH at the Subang State Polytechnic laboratory received a score of 67.20 so that it was in the feasible category.
