ABSTRAKDalam pendidikan skala kampus banyak masalahmasalah yang dapat diselesaikan dengan menggunakan komputer dan jaringan internet. Masalah-masalah tersebut dapat timbul baik dari dosen, mahasiswa maupun pegawai yang ada di kampus tersebut, contoh dari masalah ini adalah pengisian KRS yang masih manual, pembelajaran yang bersifat tradisional dan kurangnya interaksi dengan kampus-kampus lainnya karena keterbatasan jarak serta kurangnya workshop tentang cara mengajar yang baik bagi guru maupun dosen. Internet of Things dapat menyelesaikan masalahmasalah yang timbul dalam dunia pendidikan. Sistem penggunaan internet secara keseluruhan untuk memenuhi aktifitas kampus akan sangat banyak mendapat manfaat terlebih jika sistem Internet of Things ini mempunyai kehandalan jika berintegrasi dengan cloud computing. II. TINJAUAN PUSTAKA A. Internet of ThingsIoT merupakan segala aktifitas yang pelakunya saling berinteraksi dan dilakukan dengan memanfaatkan internet [1] [2] [3]. Dalam penggunaan nya Internet of Thing banyak ditemui dalam berbagai aktifitas, contohnya : banyaknya transportasi online, e-commerce, pemesanan tiket secara online, live streaming, e-learning dan lain-lain bahkan sampai alat-alat untuk membantu dibidang tertentu seperti remote temperature sensor, GPS tracking, and sebagainya yang menggunakan internet atau jaringan sebagai media untuk melakukannya.Dengan banyaknya manfaat dari Internet of Things maka membuat segala sesuatu nya lebih mudah, dalam bidang pendidikan IoT sangat diperlukan untuk melakukan segala aktifitas dengan menggunakan sistem dan tertata serta sistem pengarsipan yang tepat.

Abstrack - Salary is a wage given to employees who have worked in a particular company or agency. Every employee who works in a company has the right to get a salary in accordance with the rules or conditions in the company. The issue of giving a salary is important because it has a huge influence on the morale of its employees. At PT. PP London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk, Gunung Malayu Estate, the application used for processing employee payroll data is the Microsoft Office Excel 2010 application. Then an analysis of employee salary data processing systems at PT. PP. London Sumatra Indonesia Tbk by designing programming applications using NetBeans IDE 7.2.1 with the MySQl database. - The electricity subsidy program is one of the poverty reduction programs by providing electricity subsidies to poor and disadvantaged households paid by the Government of Indonesia to PT. PLN (Persero). At PT. PLN (Persero) Area Rantau Prapat Rayon Tanjung Balai which is located on Jl. General Sudirman has a problem that is faced, namely regarding the subsidy budget, it turns out that there have been many wrong targets, most of the subsidy funds have fallen to economically capable people. The government applies the electricity subsidy policy on target, subsidies must be really enjoyed by poor people. To provide electricity subsidies to poor households and poor households, both humans and agencies cannot be separated from information technology systems. This system is usually called a decision support system that is designed to assist in making a decision where no one knows exactly how the decision should be made. The problem of decision-making systems using fuzzy logic systems is very suitable for definite reasoning or estimation, especially for systems with difficult mathematical models and inappropriate data to get a definite decision.   Keywords - Decision Support System, Electricity Subsidies, Fuzzy Logic.

21st century education is becoming increasingly important to ensure learners have learning and innovating skills, skills using technology and information media. One of the skills of the 21st century is learning and innovating skills including high-level thinking skills. The object of this study was the development of teaching materials in the general chemical network of HOTS-based media-based stoichiometry materials, designed to be accessible to students online as well as improve students' high-level thinking skills. Through this HOTS-based media integrated online teaching material, students are trained to think critically, creatively, analytically about the information and data available in solving problems, as well as independent teaching materials that students can learn anytime and anywhere. The teaching materials products in the HOTS-based media integrated network developed have been declared valid and proven effective in improving students' high-level thinking skills in stoichiometry materials.

The big challenge in the education process in the 21 st century is not only preparing the nation's generation that is able to live today, but also a generation equipped with the ability to live in the future that requires problem solving with a critical and creative mindset and has high order thinking skills (HOTS). This research belongs to the type of research and development (R&D) which aims to produce products in the form of online teaching materials integrated with HOTSbased media in the General Chemistry Course for Organic Chemistry. Teaching materials are developed in an integrated manner with HOTS-based media using theapplication Adobe Flash CS6 and Articulate Storyline which can train students to think critically, creatively, analytically towards information and data to solve problems and can be accessed by students online so they can be learned and understood by students by repeating-rework existing concepts or materials anytime and anywhere. The teaching materials in the HOTS-based integrated media network developed have been declared valid and proven effective in increasing student HOTS.
