We report two cases of accidental Datura stramonium poisoning, in two children aged 20 months and 5 years. In the first case the anticholinergic syndrome was not very pronounced. In the second case, the anticholinergic syndrome was very pronounced, with agitation, bilateral mydriasis and pyramidal signs associated with skin rash and fever. The outcome was favorable after symptomatic treatment and monitoring.
