The research was conducted in Kosovo and Albania to examine the studies on the subject of learning and teaching English in terms of different variables. The data of the research were collected through document review method, which is one of the qualitative research techniques, and they were analyzed using the content analysis method. An "Article Review Form" was developed by the researchers for examining the articles. Articles related to learning and teaching in Kosovo and Albania which are accessible on the internet were searched by taking into account the identified topic. In consequence of the conducted analyses, it was determined that, In Kosovo and Albania, the majority of research related to learning and teaching English 'was conducted between 1998 and 2019, with the highest number of studies published in 2017, 2011 and 2013. It was detected that most of the studies were conducted with undergraduate students. In addition, it is seen that 24 articles are related to different subjects and only 2 articles are about the same subject. According to the findings regarding to research type, 13 were research type and 13 were review articles. The data suggest that quantitative research methods were the most commonly used method in articles and then mixed and qualitative method studies are performed respectively. In the investigated studies, a questionnaire was generally preferred as a data collection tool. In addition, in some studies, it was observed that data were collected by using achievement test, questionnaire, interview and even observation form at the same time. Descriptive statistical methods were mostly used in the data analysis of the studies. According to the results of variables, it is seen that only 11 articles out of 26 articles contain recommendations related to the findings.
