Abstract-Cisadane watersheds is a very valuable strategic area for the people in Tangerang District, Banten, Indonesia. But that strategic value has brings an impact in the form of water pollution, that comes from its popullation and economic activities. This water pollution load is necessary to know its source, and also how much, so that public, private and local governments can jointly take action to restore the water quality of the Cidasane River. The purpose of this study is to determine the pollution load in the Cidasane watersheds. The study will taking sample of Cisadane River water as an inputs in the isoyet map pollution dispersion modeling. And calculating the load in the river using QUAL2Kw modelling. The results of the modeling are then analyzed to obtain the amount of Cisadane River pollutant load. The pollution load in this study will be focused on BOD, NO3, and Total P, and Salinity. This research has shown the inter-regional pollution spread on the Cisadane river, which used This study will provide a measurable data of the type and scale of the pollution load in Cisadane, as an input for Cisadane River water quality restoration policy making by the Government of Tangerang.Index Terms-Cisadane river, Isoyet map, pollution load, QUAL2Kw model, sustainable watersheds.
This paper addresses the challenges in discussing renewal of clean water in the city of Cilegon in 2025. The predictions submitted by the Ministry of National Development Planning and also the Ministry of Public Works and Public Housing, reminded about the possibility of a deficit in water resources in the city of Cilegon, then for the City of Cilegon it will no longer be fulfilled. The water crisis which is expected to have an impact on industrial decline and a decline in the level of society must be avoided as far as possible. This research uses a dynamic system method that is able to model the water movement of the City of Cilegon, to then build a scenario of anticipation of the water crisis in 2025. This study discusses how to arrange the water planning of the City of Cilegon which can be used by using water resources in the City of Cilegon independently and sustainably. These findings are expected to contribute to building an agreed city water resources governance scenario to support the improvement of future crises. This study discusses why removing water in the City of Cilegon, the Government of the City of Cilegon needs to improve its water using new water sources, namely from sea water and rain water, and helps support groundwater that has been changed in price.
This paper discusses efforts in building the sustainability of coastal cities against the water crisis, with the study area in Cilegon, Banten Province. The study results in several studies that estimate that Cilegon will experience a water crisis in 2025. This is a challenge, especially in the effort to fulfill the sixth global target of Sustainable Development Goals, namely to fulfilling 100% clean water needs by 2030. To answer the research question, this study uses a system dynamic method by observing the simulations of relations between variables to be able to balance the gap between clean water needs and the availability of clean water in Cilegon. This study found that to balance this gap, Cilegon had to make technical engineering efforts to increase water availability and make a social engineering effort by reducing their needs for water. So the balance between the need and the availability of water will be achieved in 2030 in accordance with the SDGs target. This study recommends that in order to achieve the sustainability of a coastal city with clean water, a systematic effort is needed by managing the balance between the needs and availability of water in the coastal city.
Artikel ini mendiskusikan upaya membentuk tata kelola kelembagaan bagi para pedagang kaki lima di jalan barito, kecamatan kebayoran baru, kotamadya jakarta selatan, provinsi DKI jakarta. Kajian ini dilakukan dengan menganalisis hubungan antar stakeholder yang memiliki kepentingan terhadap keberadaan PKL di jalan barito tersebut, dengan menggunakan pendekatan actor network theory dan bantuan perangkat lunak UCINET. Kajian ini menemukan bahwa PKL merupakan stakeholder yang memiliki hubungan kedekatan yang paling tinggi dibandingkan seluruh stakeholder lainnya. Namun dengan posisi PKL sebagai objek kebijakan, maka stakeholder dengan kedekatan tertinggi kedua, yaitu dinas koperasi dan UMKM kota DKI jakarta, harus menempati posisi sentral sebagai jembatan antara pemerintah dengan PKL, dengan mitra dan pihak terkait lainnya. Kajian ini bermanfaat dalam upaya pemberdayaan PKL di kawasan perkotaan.
