This study aims to determine the effect of E-Service Quality which includes Efficiency, Reliability, Fullfilment, Privacy, Responsiveness and Contact on Customer Satisfaction on users of the EMOS Application (Enseval Mobile Order System). The basic theory used in this research is Marketing Management, E-Service Quality and Customer Satisfaction. The population in this study was 266 pharmacies and samples taken were 73 pharmacies with simple random sampling technique. Data collection was done by distributing online questionnaires using a Likert scale to measure each indicator of the independent and dependent variable. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression. The results of the research on the f test show that the E-Service Quality variables which include Efficiency, Reliability, Fullfilment, Privacy, Responsiveness and Contact have a significant effect simultaneously (simultaneously) on Customer Satisfaction. The t test shows that the independent variables; reliability and contact affect customer satisfaction while the variables Efficiency, Fullfilment, Privacy and Responsiveness do not affect the customer satisfaction of users of the EMOS application (Enseval Mobile Order System).
Purpose: Customer satisfaction and reuse intention are fundamental to business success, no exception in digital business. Therefore, the purpose of the study is to determine the dimensions of mobile service quality and its effects on customer satisfaction and reuse intention. Gojek is selected as it is the first super app in the world at once the first “decacorn” company in Indonesia. Methodology: This is a quantitative analysis approach explanatory test. The data were gathered using a purposeful sampling approach using an online questionnaire. The aim of this analysis is to evaluate data from 384 respondents using Warp Partial Least Square 6.0. Main Findings: The result indicates that customer satisfaction directly influences content, program, and digital payment quality. The reuse aim often has a beneficial impact on knowledge efficiency, program functionality, and consumer service. Digital payment accuracy, nevertheless, has a marginal effect on reuse purposes. The finding also reveals that the consistency of the program is the main driver for consumer loyalty and reuse. Implications/Applications: The analysis is critical because in the super application it illustrates quality factors. While the research refers to the Gojek super program, this analysis relates to customers' feedback and the plan to use it on mobile apps. Novelty/originality of this study: This work is an early attempt to detect mobile quality factors that impact reuse in the super application. There is still limited research on the effects of quality mobile services in the super app. The research analyzed the standard of mobile services consisting of knowledge standard, device quality, and super-application digital payment efficiency. The research offered insight into the most significant variables that influence consumer loyalty and the ability to reuse.
Background: Technology acceptance model (TAM) has been extensively used to analyse user acceptance of technologies adopted by enterprises at different levels. Moreover, the technology adoption has drawn attention among practitioners and academic communities alike, leading to the development of approaches to understand the concept. However, there is a degree of inconsistency found in previous studies on different types of TAM models used in explaining user acceptance of technologies among small-medium enterprises (SMEs).Objective: This critical literature review aims to synthesise the technology adoption scholarly studies using TAM. It is expected to aid the identification of the most relevant factors influencing SMEs in adopting technology. Additionally, analysing the variations of TAM developed in previous studies could provide suggested variables specific to the type of technology industry. Methods: An integrated approach was used, and this involves a review of articles on the adoption of technologies in SMEs from 2011 to 2021, retrieved from popular databases using a mixture of keywords such as technology acceptance model (TAM), technology adoption, and technology adoption in SMEs.Results: An overview of TAM studies on user acceptance of technology in this review covers a wide range of research areas from financial technology to human resource management-related technology. Perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use were discovered to be the most common factors in TAM from the 21 articles reviewed. Meanwhile, some other variables were observed such as context, type of technology and level of user experience. Conclusion: The review highlights key trends in previous studies on IT adoption in SMEs, which assist researchers and developers in understanding the most relevant factors and suitable TAM models in determining user acceptance in a particular field. This study aims to determine the effect of product, price, promotion, location, people, physical evidence and process on people’s Interest in Choosing Boarding Houses in Samarinda. Data were obtained from the results of the distribution of questionnaires. The population of this study is people in the city of Samarinda who are looking for boarding houses with a sample of 30 people. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression in which the classical assumption has been done first. Based on the results of the study and discussion, there is a positive and significant influence between the product on people's interest in choosing a boarding house in samarinda. There is a positive but insignificant influence between the influence of price, promotion, location, people, physical evidence and process of the public interest in choosing a boarding house in Samarinda. From the results of this study, it is expected that boarding house owners can adjust the price of boarding houses with better facilities, do not provide prices that are not comparable to the facilities obtained by boarders who rent and can repair damaged boarding house facilities, so that the community or students have an interest in renting the boarding hous. For the next researcher, it is recommended to add more samples and other variables
scite is a Brooklyn-based organization that helps researchers better discover and understand research articles through Smart Citations–citations that display the context of the citation and describe whether the article provides supporting or contrasting evidence. scite is used by students and researchers from around the world and is funded in part by the National Science Foundation and the National Institute on Drug Abuse of the National Institutes of Health.
