The modernization of the State is linked to reform programs that are promoted at the international level. This article aims to analyze the modernization of the institutional structure of the State of different governments. From the methodology, a bibliographical analysis was carried out, for which 19 articles on the optimization of public management were identified. The findings showed that modernity allows an efficient State, recovers the trust of society and minimizes bureaucratic processes. It is concluded that transparency, open government, accountability, access to information, and electronic government, are the most viable options for the modernization of the Peruvian State, as well as democratizing power, and it is also relevant to have better citizens. informed and more participatory.
El artículo tuvo por objetivo analizar el valor público como característica fundamental en la nueva gestión pública. El tipo de investigación fue cuantitativa, la muestra seleccionada fue de 375 funcionarios, aplicándose el muestreo no probabilístico cuyo nivel de confianza fue del 95%, la técnica empleada fue la encuesta y el instrumento el cuestionario con escala tipo Lickert, el método utilizado para la recogida de la información fue en forma presencial y online. Se determinó que los organismos locales defienden improvisaciones de servicios públicos sin una instauración del valor público. Las improvisaciones que demandan instituir vínculos con los habitantes se observan insuficientes y con predisposición a la baja. Por último, se concluye que la generación de valor público se expone en un 32,5% por la correlación inmediata con el logro de resultados desafiantes, que a la vez depende elocuentemente del desarrollo de competencias, dirección centrada en el control de gestión, asignación de recompensas y una cultura de mejora continua.
The general objective of the study is to analyze the role of the technologies applied in the improvement of higher-level teaching processes at the Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza National University. The approach is mixed since the documentary analysis and the survey are used to obtain the data; the population consists of the main theoretical contents, Background and theories on the technologies to be used to improve higher-level teaching procedures and by 10 teachers from the Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza National University, to whom a small survey was applied in order to identify the technological resources applied by teachers to support the teaching process learning, which promote the development of content and its implementation at the Toribio Rodríguez de Mendoza National University. The methods used were: Systemic, hermeneutic, hypothetical-deductive, statistical and analytical method. The incorporation of ICT into regular teaching practice is becoming closer to reality every day, thanks to the commitment and interest of teachers in the subject and the spread of educational portals on the Internet, where teaching resources for the classroom can be found.
