Abstrak: Pemanfaatan Buku KIA oleh orang tua untuk meningkatkan kesehatan ibu dan anak salah satunya dalam stimulasi dan pemantauan perkembangan anak. Deteksi dini dengan SDIDTK sangat diperlukan untuk mengetahui gangguan perkembangan secara dini sehingga dilakukan penanganan sedini mungkin. Tujuan Pengabdian untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan dan ketrampilan orangtua dan kader posyandu untuk memanfaatkan buku KIA dalam melakukan SDIDTK. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kader posyandu dan orang tua balita melalui penyuluhan dan praktikum. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah Kader Posyandu sebanyak 20 orang dari 4 posyandu yang berada di Desa Penfui Timur dan orangtua balita. Evaluasi pengetahuan dengan post-test sedangkan untuk ketrampilan melalui observasi dengan kuesioner. Hasil penilaian menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan kader posyandu dan orang tua balita tentang SDIDTK dari 35% menjadi 100% dan peningkatan ketrampilan dari 20% menjadi 85%.Abstract: The use of MCH Books by parents to improve maternal and child health, one of which is in the stimulation and monitoring of child development. Abstrak: Program Perencanaan Persalinan dan Pencegahan Komplikasi (P4K) ditunjukkan dengan program penempelan stiker P4K di setiap rumah ibu hamil, dengan tujuan untuk meningkatkan peran kader posyandu dalam program perencanaan proses persalinan dan pencegahan komplikasi. Kurangnya pemahaman kader posyandu tentang P4K dan belum adanya penempelen stiker P4K dirumah ibu hamil. Tujuan pengabdian untuk meningkatkan pengetahuan kader posyandu tentang P4K dan memotivasi kader posyandu untuk menempel stiker P4K dirumah ibu hamil. Metode yang digunakan untuk mengukur tingkat pengetahuan dan ketrampilan kader posyandu melalui penyuluhan dan praktikum cara pengisian stiker P4K. Mitra dalam kegiatan ini adalah Kader Posyandu sebanyak 20 orang dari 4 posyandu yang berada di Desa Penfui Timur. Evaluasi pengetahuan dengan post-test sedangkan untuk ketrampilan melalui observasi dengan lembar observasi. Hasil kegiatan menunjukkan bahwa terjadi peningkatan pengetahuan kader posyandu tentang P4K dari 35% menjadi 100% dan ketrampilan memberikan penyuluhan dan pengisian stiker P4K dari 30% menjadi 95% serta telah dilakukan penempelan stiker P4K di setiap rumah ibu hamil.Abstract: The Childbirth Planning and Complication Prevention (P4K) Program is shown by a P4K sticker pasting program in each pregnant woman's home, with the aim of posyandu cadres in labor planing programs and complications.
