Selama masa pandemi tingkat kedisiplinan belajar siswa mengalami penurunan. Hal tersebut terlihat dari ketepatan waktu dalam mengumpulkan tugas, kehadiran siswa serta fokus siswa yang mengalami penurunan. Dalam hal ini peran guru sangat di butuhkan untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan siswa untuk bisa membimbing dan memberikan konseling kepada siswa. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahuai bagaiman peran guru, hambatan yang di alami oleh guru, serta solusi untuk bisa meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa. Jenis penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kualitatif dengan desain penelitian fenomenologi. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Validitas data yang di gunakan yaitu triangulasi sumber. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian yang di lakukan di SD N 2 Polan, SD Muhammadiyah PK Polanharjo, SDN 1 Delanggu, SD IT Taruna Teladan, SDN 1 Bulurejo, SD Islam Internasinonal Nurul Mustofa, SDN 1 Ngreden, dan SD Alam Aqila di temukan bahwa peran guru sangat penting untuk meningkatkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa salah satu peran guru yang dilakukan yaitu menjalin komunikasi dan kerjasama yang baik dengan orang tua siswa. Hambatan yang di alami oleh guru dalam memberikan bimbingan dan konseling adalah kurangnya motivasi belajar dari dalam diri siswa serta tidak ada waktu tambahan untuk memberikan bimbingan. Solusi yang di ambil oleh dengan terus memberikan bimbingan kepada siswa mengenai pentingnya menerapkan kedisiplinan belajar siswa.
This research is based on distance learning (online) for approximately 2 years due to the Covid-19 pandemic. The learning method used is blended learning, namely the learning system is carried out through 2 approaches. Various problems arise after online learning, both from the side of teachers and students. The learning system at SDN 1 Delanggu is not completely online, for example it is carried out with home visits, as well as face-to-face learning on a regular basis with the approval of the parents of students. Adaptation of students during online learning at SDN 1 Delanggu the students claimed to have been able to adapt to online learning, but did not deny that there were some children who were still having difficulties because there were not enough cellphone or laptop facilities to take part in online learning. According to observations at SDN 1 Delanggu, almost all of them have made perfect use of online learning media. Learning applications used when distance learning at SDN 1 Delanggu include zoom meetings, google meet, and an easier way for communication between teachers and students is the whatsapp group.
