Aerotropolis is a city airport development concept, or commonly called "Airport City." The concept of aerotropolis is a new concept in the world transport industry where the Airport has shifted from transportation center to a multifunctional aero metropolis. The development of an international airport can be a trigger for business development as well as the surrounding urban areas. The airport city serves not only as a performance index of a State in development but also plays a role as a driver of national industry and the gateway to economic globalization. Through library reviews, secondary data analysis and interviews with focus groups and experts, this paper explores the development features, operating strategies and competitive advantages of the Aerogity Business concept at Kertajati International Airport. This research proposes the formulation of strategy based on resource-based approach and also using approach of strategy formulation of Wheelen and Hunger model in which there is analysis of external factor evaluation, internal factor evaluation, then determining strategic direction by using threats, opportunities, weakness, strength matrix. Case study at Kertajati International Airport which carries aerotropolis concept in accordance with master plan of Airport development. The proposed strategic plan is expected to provide a systematic referral of operations for PT. BIJB as the International Airport Company Kertajati as well as Aerocity Business Company, but it is also expected to inspire for new research in the framework of study for the development of Airport City in Indonesia.
A crisis is a period associated with events that occur unexpectedly that have a negative impact on the organization. The economic crisis is caused by an unforeseen world situation so it must provide a fast, precise and accurate decision so as not to affect the organization's overall operations as a bold step to minimize unintended consequences. A crisis is an event that can destroy an organization and its employees, products, services, and the financial condition of a business enterprise like a corona outbreak. An economic crisis if left unchecked can cause a financial situation that is a concern, a crisis which is an event that has a broad scope of society. The crisis has the potential to cause long-term damage to the financial image of a business company will lose public trust in consumer confidence can weaken the morale of company employees who are experiencing a crisis, can pose the risk of increasing the intensity of the problem. Thus, the aim of this paper is to examine the effects of economic crisis on buriness finance. The data analysis technique uses the structural equation modeling technique, which involved 400 Indonesian small and medium entrepreneurs and 162 samples collected on employees. The results show that the effect of the economic crisis on the financial statements of Indonesian medium and small micro traders plays an important role in the economic crisis so that business finance business is very influential when there is uncertainty in the environment, the financial statements of small and micro business enterprises sweeping across the globe hit making bad changes in the financial statements of micro and small business entrepreneurs in Indonesia. This research was conducted on micro small and medium entrepreneurs in Indonesia.
Kepuasan konsumen didalam menghapati persaingan yang semakin ketat, di mana banyak produsen yang terlibat dalam pemenuhan kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen, menyebabkan setiap perusahaan harus menempatkan orientasi pada kepuasan konsumen sebagai tujuan utama. Hal ini tercermin dari semakin banyaknya perusahaan yang meyertakan komitmennya terhadap kepuasan konsumen dalam penyertaan. Kunci utama memenangkan persaingan adalah memberikan nilai dan kepuasan kepada konsumen melalui penyampaian produk dan jasa berkualitas dengan harga bersaing. Dunia pendidikan di Indonesia saat ini mengalami perkembangan yang sangat pesat, hal ini bisa dilihat dari banyaknya sekolah menengah kejuruan yang dibuka, persaingan dalam mendapatkan siswa terus terjadi, disatu sisi masyarakat semakin banyak pilihan namun disisi lain banyak sekolah menengah kejuruan yang mengenyampingkan kualitas, bagi sekolah menengah kejuruan yang merasa berkualitas dan berpengalaman memasang biaya yang cukup mahal namun kemudian persoalan kesulitan mendapat siswa menjadi masalah baru. Penelitian ini bertujuan menguji dan menganalisis Kualitas Pelayanan, Responden penenlitian ini menggunakan 100 sampel responden, alat yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini dengan menggunakan metode analisis PLS (Partial Least Square). Hasil analisis penelitian ini yaitu pengaruh kualitas pelayanan, harga, promosi terhadap pengambilan keputusan diterima.

With the promotion, it is expected that consumers will want to try these products and encourage existing consumers to buy products more often so that re-purchases will occur and the sales volume of a company's products will increase. Promotion is an important factor in realizing the sales goals of a company. In order for consumers to be willing to subscribe, they must first be able to try or research the goods produced by the company, so that buyers can be sure of these goods. Targeted promotion is expected to have a positive effect on increasing sales. Promotion is an important aspect of marketing management and is often said to be a continuous process. With promotion, people who are not interested in buying a product will be interested and try the product so that consumers make a purchase. The type of promotional mix is the combination of the best strategies from the variables of advertising, personal selling, and other promotional tools, all of which are planned to achieve the goals of the sales program. This study aims to examine the effect of promotion on glove purchasing decisions. Respondents of this study used 150 research samples at various hospitals, namely doctors and health workers, the tools used in this study used the PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis method.
