The analysis tool used VAR/VECM. The results showed that the business resilience of the Islamic banking industry was maintained. This condition is inseparable from government interference in the context of National Economic Recovery so that the financial performance of the Islamic banking was under threshold value. Modeling estimator using VAR at optimum lag 1 and showed that financial variable shock due to the Covid-19 Pandemic were responded to in the short term. The dynamics of variables and the recovery towards equilibrium conditions take varying amounts of time. The biggest contribution from the change in response results from the variable itself but the contribution weakens further and the dominant determinant variable to the change in response is the VARIABLE SIZE.</em></p>
Indonesia is a country with the largest Muslim population in the world with a Muslim population reaching 87% of the total population. This is an opportunity for Islamic Banks to be able to grow and develop as a bank with the concept of a profit-sharing bank. It is appropriate for all operational activities, including pricing stipulations for Islamic banking products, to be free from the element of interest (interest rate free). However, in practice, there are still pricing stipulations in Islamic banking products that benchmark interest rates. This study aims to review the pricing determination of Islamic banking products in Indonesia. The method used in this research proposal is a literature review. The literature review produced several alternative purposed for the Islamic Pricing Benchmarking method as a benchmark that can be used by Islamic banking in determining the pricing of its products.
This paper begins with analyzing financial ratios by examining the effect of liquidity, leverage, operating capacity, profitability, and sales growth as predictors of firms' financial distress risk. The study employs a statistical method (logit model). Using 38 property, real estate, and construction services firms listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange between 2016 and 2022, 646 observations were collected and analyzed using logistic regression. The results show that leverage, operating capacity, and profitability positively and significantly influenced predicting financial distress risk, while liquidity and sales growth do not affect predicting financial distress risk. The result of model calcification accuracy is 84%; this shows that the model can accurately predict the financial distress risk of property, real estate, and construction services companies in the study period of 543 observations from 646 observations or 84%. This study concludes that profitability, leverage, and operating capacity influence the financial distress risk on property, real estate, and construction services companies.
