Artikel ini bertujuan untuk memberikan gambaran atau mendeskripsikan komponen-komponen yang harus dipenuhi dalam membangun bisnis dengan ekosistem yang halal, baik dari segi proses atau produksi maupun dari sisi non produksi. Metodologi yang digunakan dalam artikel ini adalah metode kualitatif dengan pendekatan literature research atau literature review. Artikel ini menjelaskan atau mendeskripsikan beberapa hal yang harus diperhatikan dalam membangun bisnis dengan ekosistem halal, yaitu komponen keuangan (finance), produksi dan distribusi. Keuangan merupakan komponen yang berada di hulu dalam ekosistem bisnis halal. Produksi merupakan suatu proses pembuatan suatu produk berupa barang atau jasa yang akan menjadi produk bisnis halal. Ketika memproduksi barang atau jasa yang syariah, maka seluruh bahan baku dan prosesnya juga harus sesuai dengan standar halal. Distribusi merupakan komponen terakhir dalam halal supply chain ecosystem yang menyalurkan produk barang atau jasa serta menyajikannya. Dalam proses pendistribusian, produk harus dipastikan terpisah dari produk yang tidak halal dan dipastikan tidak ada perubahan pada zat produk ketika proses distribusi, sehingga produk tetap halal dan thayib. Melalui artikel ini, penulis berharap agar bisnis syariah atau bisnis halal dapat menyempurnakan ekosistem halalnya agar menjaga halal dan thayib suatu produk.
The contribution of waqf as an instrument of Islamic philanthropy is seen as important in providing social benefits in meeting the long-term needs of the ummah. The contribution of waqf cannot be separated from the existence of nadzir as a waqf manager. The existence of nadzir (waqf manager) is seen as the responsibility of the party responsible for the productivity of waqf assets previously not included in the terms and laws of traditional waqf in Indonesia. The purpose of this study was to analyze the existence and existence of nadzir in the perspective of waqf institutions in Indonesia. This research uses descriptive analytical method, using secondary data obtained from existing manuscript sources, one of the waqf laws. The data analysis in this study is based on a framework of four levels of institutional economy. The findings in this study are the institutionalization process of nadzir as an official institution in waqf management being analyzed using the four level of institutional economic, the first level I the institutionalization process for waqf managers in Indonesia based on customary law and then Islamic law. The second level formal institutional rules place the law as the formal management rule for waqf after the formation of the Republic of Indonesia. The third Level institutions related to waqf institutional governance that experienced improvements after the issuance of formal rules accompanied by guidance from the waqf accounting standards and the waqf core principles. Fourth Level of institutions related to the management of waqf resources in Indonesia provides wide opportunities for nadzir (waqf managers) to manage waqf. The role of the government in private waqf managers in Indonesia is as protector and issuer of regulations that support waqf productivity.
This study aims to explain the importance of legal interpretation towards formulation of the texts had a legal certainty, especially for law enforcers which purpose to maintain the value of justice and usefulness of law, especially in Islamic Economics scope. Further, a law enforcers who in their speech are considered to know the law (ius curia novit) are able to solve the problems based on certainty, justice, and legal expediency. This subject is an interesting study about what the method of interpretation is as part of the method of legal discovery, also the relevance of the ijtihad method as a way of interpreting law on the application of Islamic economic law. This research is a literature study that tries to describe the importance of interpreting legal texts (statutory regulations) through descriptive-analytical methods that process data qualitatively, to response the importance of legal interpretation and examples of its application in Islamic Economics. The findings in this study is a society and law have a close reciprocal relationship, sometimes the law and society affects each other. Because the value of legal certainty in a standard rule and has been codified in the form of law (legislation), sometimes makes the law understood statically and rigidly, so it is unable to provide justice and benefit values in certain cases. Therefore, the law that has been formulated sometimes requires interpretation by the judge to fulfill the element of justice in the life of a developing society.
This study aims to determine the impact of product advantage, customer experience and trust on the reputation of Bank Syariah Indonesia post-merger at Surakarta City. This research was quantitative with data analysis techniques using multiple linear regression. The sampling technique in this study was purposive sampling with certain criteria. The respondent in this study were 100 customers of Bank Syariah Indonesia at Surakarta City. The result found that product advantage has a positive and significant effect on company reputation, customer experience has a positive and significant effect on company reputation and trust has a positive and significant effect on Bank Syariah Indonesia reputation. This study provided a useful contribution to enrich the discourse on the impact of Islamic bank mergers, especially on the reputation of Islamic banks after the merger. This reputation will increase an optimistic sentiment for Bank Syariah Indonesia even in the negative growth of economic caused by the pandemic Covid-19.
This paper was aimed at revealing the Egyptian Government's intervention in the management of Al-Azharwaqf. The data was collected by interviewing officials at the Al-Azhar University in Egypt, officials at the Egyptian Ministry of Education, academics and Waqf researchers in Egypt. The results of this study indicated that Egyptian Government intervened and took over the management of Al-Azharwaqf by issuing laws related to waqf and its management from 1923 to 1971. The impact of the takeover of Al-Azharwaqf management by the State also made Al-Azhar was no longer economically independent and was held hostage by the government.
