Crime had been decreased in Central Java province since 2015 to 2019. The purpose of this study is to map crime decreasing and to analyze factors causing crime decreasing. The methods are crime decreasing mapping and panel data modelling. The dependent variable is the amount of crime and the independent variables are the per capita income, the unemployment rate, the number of poor people and the Gini Ratio. Data of all variables covers all Central Java province regions from 2017 to 2019. The result shows that the crime decreasing has been mapped based on ranking for all of regions. The result also shows that Central Java Province has reduced the number of crimes by increasing the cost of crime resulting from poverty and inequality anticipation.
