The research aims to formulate the politics of the omnibus law law as an effort by the Government to increase investment to advance the economy and prosperity of all Indon people. This study uses a normative approach. The results showed that the omnibus law had not been formulated effectively and accountably so that it needed improvement. The formulation and implementation of the Omnibus Law, it must be balanced at the level of effectiveness and accountability by paying attention to the juridical, political, sociological and economic aspects. Advocacy from all elements of the nation at the level of formulation and implementation of the omnibus law will effectively realize increased investment in economic development for the welfare of all the people of Indonesia.
Stunting is a problem of nutritional status in children. Utilization of health services in the form of ANC visits, Integrated Health Service Post (IHSP), and poor immunizations is very likely to affect the incidence of stunting in toddlers. This study aims to determine the relationship between ANC visits, Integrated Health Service Post (Posyandu) visits, and immunization status with the incidence of stunting under five. The study used a cross-sectional design and was conducted in 2019. The sample was taken by stratified random sampling of as many as 81 toddlers. Primary data is data processed by questionnaires through direct question and answer, while secondary data is sourced from Public Health Center data. Data processing uses univariate and bivariate analysis through editing, coding, tabulating, data entry, and data cleaning—statistical test using Chi-Square, at 95% CI. The results showed that the history of ANC visits had a relationship with the incidence of stunting (p= 0,044), visits of IHSP had a relationship with the incidence of stunting (p= 0,001), and immunization status had a relationship with the incidence of stunting (p= 0,005). The conclusion is that the history of ANC visits, visits to IHSP, and immunization status have a relationship with the incidence of stunting.
Green pigments are used in many industrial branches including food, drinks, soap and cosmetics. Chlorophyll can substitute synthetic dyes which may affect health. Chlorophyll can be extracted from pandan leaves; the pandan crop grows in many tropical areas. The effects of temperature, 30-70 °C and agitation speed, 100-400 rpm on chlorophyll extraction from pandan leaves, using ethanol and the evaluation of mass transfer coefficient, using dimensionless analysis were investigated. The optimal conditions of extraction was obtained at 60 °C and 300 rpm; the chlorophyll concentration was 107.1 mg L-1. The volumetric mass transfer coefficient increased with the temperature and agitation speed. Determination of volumetric mass transfer coefficient and dimensionless correlations are useful for further process development or industrial applications.
Toddler development can be disrupted if there are nutritional problems such as stunting. One of the factors that influence stunting is knowledge about nutrition and sanitation hygiene. Knowledge of maternal nutrition will affect children's food intake, while hygiene behavior is related to the incidence of infection in children. This study aims to determine the relationship between the incidence of stunting in children under five and mothers’ knowledge about nutrition and sanitation. This type of study was analytic observational with a cross-sectional study design. The number of samples in this study was 90 people in two villages (Laburunci and Dongkala villages, Pasarwajo sub-district, and Buton district). Sampling used the Non-Probability Sampling technique. The variable incidence of stunting was the dependent variable of this researcher, while the independent variable consisted of the mother's knowledge and sanitation hygiene. Univariate and bivariate data analysis with a chi-square test was carried out in this study. There was a relationship between the mother’s knowledge (p=0.000) and sanitation hygiene (p=0.000) of the incidence of stunting in the working area of the Banabungi Public Health Center. This study concluded that to prevent the toddler from stunting we need to increase the mother’s knowledge against stunting and efforts to improve sanitation hygiene to minimize the risk of infection which can affect the nutritional status of toddlers. Therefore, this study should be a base for the government to provide socialization about nutrition and hygiene sanitation to the community so that it can be applied in daily life.
The scope of Act No. 27 of 2007 concerning PWP-PK includes the meeting area between water and land, inland covering the administrative area of the sub-district, and as far as 12 nautical miles measured from the coastline towards the open sea and/or to direction of archipelagic waters. The determination of the boundaries of coastal and marine areas cannot be equated between the provisions in Act No. 27 of 2007 concerning PWP-PK with UNCLOS 1982. Special handling in coastal and marine areas includes aspects of integration and institutional authority, so that the resources contained in the area this can be a superior product contributing to the development of the Indonesian nation in the future. In accordance with the principles of integrated coastal management, as regulated in Article 4 of Act No. 27 of 2007 concerning PWP-PK, coastal area management in Indonesia involves many sectors and natural resources, both living and non-living, and implementation requires collaboration between the Government and Regional Governments.
