Kinerja yang rendah salah satunya disebabkan oleh ketidakhadiran, suatu pekerjaan akan sulit diselesaikan apabila pegawainya tidak hadir di kantor. Tingkat kepatuhan pegawai terhadap peraturan kantor Kementerian Agama Kota Bandung salah satunya angka keterlambatan dan ketidakhadiran masih melebihi standar yang ditetapkan sehingga perlu adanya monitoring, evaluasi, dan pembinaan yang lebih ditingkatkan lagi. Dengan ketidakhadiran pegawai, maka akan adanya perilaku yang dilakukan oleh pegawai lain, misalnya membantu tugas rekan kerja yang tidak hadir dan hal tersebut termasuk kedalam Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). Tujuan penelitian ini untuk, mengetahui Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) di Kementerian Agama Kota Bandung, mengetahui kinerja di Kementerian Agama Kota Bandung, mengetahui pengaruh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) terhadap kinerja pegawai Kementerian Agama Kota Bandung. Metode penelitian yang digunakan adalah survei. Sampel penelitian ini sebanyak 99 orang. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi renier sederhana. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja pegawai. Hal tersebut dibuktikan dalam Uji F yang memperoleh nilai Fhitung lebih besar dari Ftabel yaitu 57.992>3.94. kinerja pegawai kementerian agama kota bandung dipengaruhi oleh Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) sebesar 37% dan sisanya sebesar 63% dipengaruhi oleh variabel-variabel lainnya. One of the low performance caused by absenteeism, a job will be difficult to complete if the employee is not present at the office. The level of employee compliance with the regulations of the Ministry of Religion in Bandung, one of which is the number of delays and absentees still exceeds the set standards, so there is a need for monitoring, evaluation, and guidance that are further enhanced. In the absence of employees, there will be behavior carried out by other employees, for example helping the work of colleagues who are absent and this is included in the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). The purpose of this study was to find out the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) at the Bandung City Ministry of Religion, determine the performance at the Bandung City Ministry of Religion, determine the effect of the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) on the performance of Bandung City Ministry of Religion employees. The research method used was a survey. The sample of this study were 99 people. The analytical method used is a simple renier regression analysis. The results showed that Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) had a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This was proven in the F Test which obtained a Fcount greater than Ftable that is 57,992> 3.94. The performance of Bandung City Ministry of Religion is influenced by the Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) by 37% and the remaining 63% is influenced by other variables.
The background of this research is the existency of extra campus organizations which have an ideology contradicting with Pancasila as the Nation Ideology and its democracy system which according to researcher it strongly threatens the integrity of NKRI. On the other side, there are many news in various media which issues the confusions between Islamic Mission becoming the spirit of Islamic students organizations and the practice of some cadres in field such as fighting among islamic students and destroying campus or public fasilities. The recruitment curriculum of cadre is very important thing to be analyzed more deeply considering from where it will be seen the direction of this students’ movement working, the background and spirit of organizations. Therefore, the researcher focuses on something important to be analyzed especially related to the role of islamic student organization of extra campus on the forming of students’ character of IMM cadre in UIN Sunan Kalijaga. The selection of organization around UIN Sunan Kalijaga is chosen because of the location in Yogyakarta, in which mostly becomes a place for the establishment of student organizations and UIN Sunan Kalijaga itself has a massive organization climate.This research aims to describe the role of islamic student organization of extra campus in the forming of student characters by using a qualitative approach with the subject of research (informant) consisting of Abdul Karim and Khairunnisa. The metodes of data collection used are interview, observation, and documentation. Data analysis uses Milles Huberman model with data reduction technique, data presentation, and conclusion.The results of research show that: Firstly, The implementation of cadre curriculum IMM is as the method which has Guide in DAD called insructor amounted three people whose duty give introduction before presenter, guides the course of the class, companion fgd/fanel, looking for speakers until accountable for up to six months after the rescheduling charged by committe. The method of study which consists of lecturing, question and answer, fgd/sgd, panel, group dinamics and debate. Second, the role of curriculum shows 7 characters religious, tolerance, discipline, appreciate achievement, friendly/communicative, social care and responsible.
Abstrak: Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah mendeskripsikan implementasi pendekatan CLT di Kampung Inggris Pare pada masa new normal. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan implementasi pendekatan CLT pada masa new normal dengan memperhatikan Surat Keputusan Bersama tentang Pedoman Pelaksanaan Pembelajaran selama pandemiCOVID-19. Desain pembelajaran tetap bertumpu pada proses untuk meningkatkan kemampuan berbicara siswa melalui Discovery Learning seperti praktek berbicara, presentasi, dan diskusi, serta kebijakan institusional seperti English Area dan pemberlakuan protokol kesehatan. Disimpulkan bahwa implementasi pendekatan CLT dapat menyesuaikan dengan kebiasaan baru di masa pendemi tanpa harus menghilangkan makna dan subtansi pendekatan yang menjadi ciri khas dari Kampung Inggris Pare.Abstract:Â This study aims to describe the implementation of the Communicative Language Teaching (CLT) approach in Kampung Inggris Pare during the new normal period. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative, case study. The study results indicate the implementation of the CLT approach during the new normal period takes into account the Joint Decree on Guidelines for the Implementation of Learning during the COVID -19 Pandemic. Instructional design still relies on processes to improve students' speaking skills through Discovery Learning strategies such as speaking practice, presentation, and discussion, as well as institutional policies such as the English Area and the health protocol. It can be concluded that the implementation of the CLT approach can adapt to new habits during the pandemic without having to lose the meaning and substance of the approach which is characteristic of Kampung Inggris Pare.
This article aimed to explain how Muslims should implement their religion in a moderate manner in order to create a safe and peaceful life. This article is library research by focusing on library discourses which the sources were taken from the journal article, books, and newspapers. According to the analysis, there were several moderate values that Muslims should implement in their life in accordance to establish a peaceful life: Tawasuth which means taking a middle way between right and left extreme; Tawazun which means balance between naqli and aqli, world-oriented and afterworld-oriented; and Tasamuh which means tolerance.
