Lingkungan pantai merupakan suatu kawasan yang spesifik, dinamis, kaya keanekaragaman hayati dan banyak manfaatnya bagi masyarakat. Lingkungan pantai ini sangat potensial untuk dikembangkan baik sebagai kawasan wisata, budaya, pertanian, pertambangan, perikanan dan laboratorium alam bagi kepentingan ilmiah, dalam kenyataannya banyak pengelola kebersihan menghadapi berbagai masalah dan kendala sehingga mereka tidak dapat menyediakan pelayanan yang baik sesuai dengan ketentuan teknis dan harapan masyarakat. Disana sini sering terjadi pencemaran akibat pengelolaan yang kurang baik sehingga menimbulkan berbagai masalah pencemaran selama pelaksanaan kegiatan teknis penanganan persampahan. Hasil penelitian didapatkan komposisi berat sampah oranik pada kawasan wisata pantai 78,17% merupakan daun-daun, 19,87% sisa limbah rumah makan. Komposisi volume sampah organik pada kawasan wisata pantai 63,26% merupakan daun-daun, 33,27% sisa limbah rumah makan.
Pengukuran memainkan aktivitas penting di semua cabang teknik dan sains. Pengukuran dapat didefinisikan sebagai suatu proses untuk memperoleh perbandingan kuantitatif antara standar yang telah ditentukan sebelumnya dan besaran parameter yang tidak diketahui. Kecepatan komponen ini dapat diukur dengan menggunakan instrumen jenis kontak atau non-kontak. Tujuannya adalah untuk memastikan bahwa komponen berjalan pada kecepatan yang ditetapkan sesuai dengan standar yang ditetapkan pada tampilan mesin dan untuk mengetahui apakah ada variasi kecepatan. Pengukuran merupakan bagian integral dari setiap sistem kontrol otomatis untuk tindakan kontrol, perbedaan atau kesalahan antara nilai aktual dan nilai yang diinginkan dari variabel yang akan ditentukan atau diukur. Evaluasi kinerja mesin memerlukan pengukuran berbagai parameter. Pengukuran yang digunakan dalam penulisan artikel ini adalah deskriptif kuantitatif. Pengukuran yang digunakan pada mesin industri tekstil Tipe mekanik, Tipe listrik, Tipe optik dan Tipe non-kontak.
Red Ginger is ginger that is often used as a basic ingredient of herbal medicine because of its high essential oil content and the spiciest taste. Part of the Red Ginger plant that is commonly utilized is a rhizome, to maintain the quality of ginger rhizome so as not to reduce the economic value, the fresh ginger rhizome is processed first before storing or selling, one of the ways is in the form of Simplicia. The purpose of this study was to obtain the best drying temperature for the quality of red ginger simplicia. The treatments given were drying at 90oC (W1), 100oC (W2), 110oC (W3), and 120oC (W4). The study design used a nonfactorial Complete Randomized Design (RAL) consisting of 5 replications. Drying using an oven that lasts for 300 minutes. Data were analyzed by analysis of variance and if it had the real effect it was followed by Duncan's test (DMRT). Observations made were water content, ash content, starch levels, oleoresin levels, and vitamin C. The best drying results are at a temperature of 120°C at a moisture content with an average value of 3.70%, a temperature of 90°C produces the best drying at ash content with an average value of 4.79%, the starch content of 55.72%, oleoresin content of 50.79% and vitamin C 7.67%. It can be concluded that drying using a temperature of 120°C results in a better quality of Simplicia red ginger rhizome in the water content. Whereas at Ash content, the starch levels, oleoresin levels, and vitamin C, the best temperature is in the drying treatment at 90°C.
Integrated Quality Control requires the participation of all divisions within the company, such as marketing, design, manufacturing. Laboratory examination. As an integrated process that focuses on customers and beneficiaries, it simultaneously aims to protect and enhance the satisfaction of all stakeholders. Employee development does cost a lot, but it is a long-term investment for the company in personnel. Because skilled and skilled employees will be able to work more efficiently, effectively, wastage of raw materials, and less machine wear, better results will increase the company's competitiveness. The purpose of this research is (a) to know the level of Employee Productivity (TPK), (b) Employee Training (PK) and (c) Latest Technology Development (PTT) whether the positive effect on Integrated Employee Quality Control (PMTK). This research use Survey research method by using quantitative approach. The results obtained the employee Productivity Level positive effect on Integrated Quality Control Employees with 0,072 standardized coefficients. Employee Training has a positive effect on Integrated Employee Quality Control with a standardized coefficient of 0.164. Latest Technology Development positively influences to Integrated Quality Control Employee with a coefficient of standardized 0,114.
The textile and textile products industry is one of the mainstay commodities of the manufacturing industry as well as a driving force for national economic development. Like any production process, the textile manufacturing process also produces waste or residual substances called textile waste. Likewise the impact of the activities of garment, tailor, fashion, apparel and convection, one of which is patchwork waste. If the patchwork waste is not handled properly, it will result in waste generation which will have an impact on pollution in the environment. Lack of tools that can treat textile waste, resulting in less optimal handling of textile waste. This research is trying to make a design of a cloth shredding machine that is used to crush the remains of large rags into small pieces of cloth. Thus the packaging of fabric waste is easier and more efficient, besides that it can also be used as raw material for other products so that it can reduce fabric waste that pollutes the environment. In developing the model and design of a textile waste shredding machine, this shredding machine will cut the patchwork which can be sized according to your wishes. It is hoped that the results of this research will contribute to the development, advancement and appropriate technology. The design of this textile fabric waste shredder will provide a practical solution and zero-waste process in a textile and garment industry.
