Penggunaan media baru semakin meningkat di tengah masyarakat, media baru pun berfungsi sebagai media sosial. Dengan pasar yang besar, media sosial menjadi peluang untuk menarik audiens yang besar dan luas. Penarikan audiens dilakukan melalui konten-konten yang diunggah di media sosial. Hal ini pun menarik banyak perusahaan maupun lembaga untuk terjun membuat konten di media sosial demi mencapai tujuan mereka dan kebutuhan audiens. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mencoba meneliti strategi konten yang dilakukan salah satu perusahaan yakni Froyonion dalam meraih engagement pada media sosial Youtube. Teori yang penulis gunakan sebagai landasan penelitian ini adalah teori new media, media sosial, konten, strategi konten dan komunikasi interpersonal. Penelitian ini dilakukan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif deskriptif dengan metode studi kasus. Metode pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui wawancara, observasi, studi pustaka, dan penelusuran data online. Wawancara dilakukan terhadap 3 narasumber yaitu Creative Director Froyonion, ahli strategi konten, dan spesialis media sosial. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa strategi konten yang dilakukan Froyonion pada konten mereka telah berdasarkan perencanaan dengan pertimbangan-pertimbangan yang sesuai. Mulai dari pesan yang dilempar, strategi penyampaian, desain visual, target dan tolok ukur, hingga hal-hal teknis yang perlu dilakukan dalam media sosial Youtube
The up and down of relations between the government and the media have been the topic of various studies for decades. Historically, relations between the two parties were characterized by unequal power relations. Reform and development of digital communication technology gives hope for press freedom in producing and distributing information to the public free from government interference. This study aims to describe the relationship between cyber media and key informants, especially government officials in covering diversity issues. This research is based on research conducted with a normative theory perspective, applying a case study method for 2 (two) years, beginning with content analysis of 200 (two hundred) articles on diversity in cyber media, followed by discussions with 30 (thirty) media journalists cyber, 15 journalists in Jakarta, and 15 in Medan. In the second year, an electronic survey was conducted for cyber media journalists. The results of the study show that in reporting on the issue of diversity, cyber media actually makes government officials primary sources. This shows that the dynamics of cyber media relations and current government apparatus in terms of reporting on diversity issues are characterized by the closeness that was previously framed in power relations, currently in an urgent relationship of interest, accuracy, and risk management. The substance of this study provides input for journalists to be wiser in addressing technological advancements in various fields, especially cyber media.
<p>This study aims to measure tax planning and profitability on firm value in mining companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2014-2018. Firm value, tax planning, and profitability use the Q ratio (Tobins Q), Effective Tax Rate (ETR), and Return on Equity (ROE). The research sample consisted of 36 data and the method of analysis used multiple linear regression analysis. The test results show that tax planning has an effect but not significantly on firm value and profitability has a significant effect on firm value.</p><p><strong>Keywords</strong>: Tax planning, profitability, company value</p>
<p>Salah satu ormas terbesar di Indonesia adalah Muhammadiyah. Dengan jumlah pengikut yang sangat besar barangkali Muhammadiyah merasa perlu untuk membuat keputusan sendiri mengenai penentuan awal bulan yang akan dijadikan sebagai acuan pelaksanaan berbagai kegiatan ibadah. Muhammadiyah berpendapat bahwa H{isa>b dengan criteria Wuju>d al-Hila>l adalah metode yang memberi kepastian dan kemudahan dalam penentuan awal bulan hijri>yah, karena metode tersebut berdasarkan kaidah matematis astronomis yang bersifat pasti. Namun harapan terhadap metode tersebut <br />baru tercapai pada tataran mempermudah sistem saja, belum pada tahap memberi kepastian, karena beberapa kasus tertentu ternyata belum bisa dijawab dengan menggunakan metode h}isa>b yang bersifat pasti ini.</p><p>Kata kunci: wuju>d al-hila>l, kalender, Muhammadiyah</p>
