Background and Objective:The main theme of this article is to discuss the use of SWOT analysis (or SWOT matrix) tool as a strategic planning and management technique in the health care industry and its advantages. Methods:The Author of this article has chosen literature review methodology of random research articles and literature on the websites regarding SWOT Analysis tool or SWOT Matrix. 15 websites and articles were reviewed for writing article "SWOT analysis (or SWOT matrix) tool as a strategic planning and management technique in the health care industry and its advantages". The literature review has discussed the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats in details regarding healthcare industry. The SWOT analysis for the health care industry is written in the four tables and then interpreted in the SPSS Diagrammatic presentation.Results: There are four tables, and four SPSS diagrams represents the SWOT Matrix tool in the healthcare industry. Four tables explain the 6 common Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats for the healthcare industry mentioned in 15 Articles. Four SPSS diagrams show the frequency of SWOT matrix tool of 6 common Strengths, Weaknesses, Opportunities and Threats for the healthcare industry mentioned in 15 Articles. Conclusion:To sum up, SWOT analysis or SWOT matrix tool is very useful quality management tool for the industry. Strength, weaknesses, opportunities, and threats helps to identify all the characteristics in the organization to start the process of improvement. SWOT analysis tool is infact tool for various industries engineering, defense, aviation, motor, real state, tourism, etc. SWOT tool helps administration to simplify the challenges an organization is facing and would face in the future to write and implement the corrective actions for improvement. SWOT analysis also helps to identify the 7 Muda wastes of the organization to reduce the wastes to make the organization reliable productive and profitable.
Background and Objective:The main theme of this article is to discuss and compare the workplace organization method 5S with the 7 wastes (Muda) in waste and failure management tool, in the health care quality management. Methods:The Author of this article has chosen literature review methodology of 18 random research articles and quality management websites. By reviewing the literature, we have chosen 10 different points in 18 articles discussing or agreeing on where 5S and 7 Muda are beneficial. Most of the chosen articles discusses the quality management in the health sector and their benefits.Results: There is a table and SPSS diagram representing the literature review regarding 18 articles including quality management website. Table title is (18 journal articles discusses and agrees to the following 10 points). SPSS diagram clearly shows the number of times each article discusses the chosen 10 points. The 10 points includes the agreement of points beneficial for health sector by using 5S and 7 Muda methodology. Conclusion:To conclude the article, 18 of the articles including the quality management websites agrees on the use of 5S and 7 Muda methodology. Different organization around the globe are using 5S and 7 Muda methodology to get benefits for improvement of their health care system. The step-by-step process of 5S and 7 Muda methodology is smart way to start, monitor, finish and follow up the broken health system in several countries.
Background and Objective:The main theme of this article is to discuss the importance of Just in time (JIT) Methodology and its advantages in health care quality management business -a Scoping review. Methods:The Author of this article has chosen the scoping review of the 37 articles and the websites to discuss details about the Just in time methodology. Scoping review focuses more on to discuss the 10 benefits/advantages of the JIT methodology and the 10 steps to perform JIT methodology. The author has chosen subject and words to find out the which organization should use the JIT methodology and some of the disadvantages of the JIT methodology. Articles are specially selected from the PubMed NIH website focusing only on healthcare JIT methodology.Results: There are four tables providing details about the 10 steps of the JIT methodology and its benefits/advantages. Remaining two tables provide the details about who should use the JIT methodology and its disadvantages. Author has provided the data analysis and diagrammatic presentation by using SPSS software. Four diagrams show the bar charts and the frequencies of the 30 articles of the steps, advantages, disadvantages and who should use the JIT methodology. Conclusion:To conclude, just in time methodology (JIT) is a lean methodology to provide economic comfort to the organization. JIT has proven that it could save lot of wastes for the organization and provided affective savings for the organization. The method to get the benefit is to order only what is needed and do not waste the time and money in inventory stocks. Toyota motors, Apple, McDonald and others are successful organizations taking huge benefits from the JIT methodology from decades. Small businesses should practice JIT methodology, which is convenient to use and sensible, easy to implement in the organizations.

In total 25 -35 PubMed articles and other Kaizen websites are searched and referenced to read and learn Kaizen methodology and its benefits. Kaizen, Methodology, Kaizen principles, kaizen tool, Quality Kaizen words are used to search on internet to find the articles about KAIZEN analysis tool.Results: There are two tables such as(1) Articles discussing about 10 principles of KAIZEN and agrees to the 10 points,(2) Articles discussing about 10 benefits of KAIZEN and agrees to the 10 points.There are 2 SPSS Diagrams shows the frequency of the 10 each points representing the 10 principles of Kaizen, 10 benefits of Kaizen. The theme is to discuss the way to implement the KAIZEN tool in the organization and to show the 10 major benefits of KAIZEN analysis tool. Conclusion:To sum up, during the current recession economy around the globe it is wise to choose the quality tools such as KAIZEN for the growth of organizations. Toyota motors, BMW Germany, Ford motors USA, other companies are using the KAIZEN tool to organize their organization, reduce the waste and increase the profits. Author has discussed in the article the principles of KAIZEN to implement in organization, and the major benefits of KAIZEN. Developing economies and under developed countries and their economic ministries should implement quality tools such as KAIZEN tools to reduce the waste and increase the profits of the organization.
Background and Objectives: This assignment will critically review and evaluate the mortality and the harmful effects caused by the Bird (Avian) Flu in Thailand and Turkey. Are we prepared for the management and treatment of Bird (Avian) Flu if it affects the UK and other non-affected countries? Methods: Literature Review was done carefully for the Hot Current Topic Avian Flu and what are the Preventive Measures. Various Recommended and Good repute Global Organizations such as WHO, CDC USA, BBC UK, NHS UK Others Literature was reviewed for Article writing and selecting Excellent Preventive Measures [1,3-7,12,16,18]. Results: This essay has explored the Avian (bird) flu in terms of definition, classification, signs and symptoms caused by Avian flu, statistics of morbidity and mortality caused by Avian flu in Turkey, Thailand and other effected countries. In this essay I talk treatment, health implications, risks and the warnings about the Avian flu and food safety implications in humans to prevent from the harmful effects of the Avian flu. I also discuss the some of the actions taken by the UK government to prevent the population of the UK from harmful effects of the Avian flu. Conclusion: In this essay, I told the dangers and the harmful effects done by the Avian flu and how this deadly disease spread in the communities silently and the health departments comes to know about this disease when it done its work, killing the innocent people, terrorize the whole community by its deadly results. This essay also points out the flaws in our health systems for example, are the health authorities is aware of the dangers of Avian flu are the health departments are serious about giving training to the members of health department to cope with this great threat of Avian flu, are they teaching local people how to cope with this danger? No I don't think that enough work is done to handle this great threat of Avian flu.
