In this article, we investigate the existence of positive solutions for a class of m m -point fractional differential equations whose nonlinear terms involve derivatives. By using the properties of the Green function and fixed point theorems, some new conditions for the existence of at least one, two, three, and 2 n − 1 2n-1 positive solutions are established. As verification, some simulation examples are given to illustrate the main results. It is worth mentioning that we study the m m -point fractional differential equations with nonlinear terms involving derivative and use the iterative method to simulate our examples and give the approximate solution.

With the rapid and sustainable development of China's economic construction and adjustment of industrial structure, requires a lot of high-skilled personnel. At present, the shortage of high-skilled personnel in China, has become the bottleneck restricting industrial development. In this paper, from the angle of professional features of high-skilled professional, put forward specific policy proposals for the cultivation of high-skilled personnel, with a view to the cultivation of high-skilled personnel can have constructive significance and help.

With the continuous progress and innovation of science and technology, as well as the optimization and upgrading of industrial structure, professional and high skilled personnel demand becomes more and more. But there is a large gap between the supply and demand of high skilled talents. The serious shortage of skilled talents will be the bottleneck to sustainable development of social and economic. Using the method of quadratic functions model and cubic functions model, the supply and demand of the skilled personnel are analyzed quantitatively and the future trend of supply and demand of highly skilled talents are forecasted, in order to find out the supply shortfall of it.
