The great number of Y generation who desires flexible working hours, demands creativity and give them the opportunity to posses the impact to the company is the current phenomena. This is the challenge for the older generation to survive in this era of high-tic globalization. The objectives of the research are to define the working expectation characteristic and to analyze the characteristic features of the X and Y generation to find out the working satisfaction dominant aspect in the company. The method used in this research is multiple linear regressions. The result shows that the numbers of respondent variable from both generations have different individual characters therefore the level of satisfaction for each generation also differs in terms of age, gender, salary, and length of working time. The X generation is more committed in working compared to Y generation. The employees' work satisfaction shows the feeling and attitude towards working. Therefore the company could observe and fulfill the employees' expectation in many aspects based on the advantages and disadvantages for both generations. By understanding this, in a long term the employees' working satisfaction can be maximized.
<p><em>Sektor pertanian memegang peranan yang sangat penting dalam pembangunan. Adanya kultur masyarakat yang menempatkan perempuan dengan perspektif tertentu mengakibatkan terjadinya bias gender dalam kegiatan usahatani. Partisipasi petani sangat diperlukan untuk mewujudkan ketahanan pangan. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis tingkat partisipasi petani Pajale perspektif gender dan menganalisis faktor-faktor yang mempengaruhi tingkat partisipasi petani dalam usahatani padi, jagung, dan kedelai perspektif gender. Penelitian dilakukan mulai bulan April sampai Juni 2017. Lokasi Penelitian di Kabupaten Pandeglang dan Kabupaten Lebak Provinsi Banten. Sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah suami istri petani padi, jagung, dan kedelai sebanyak 216 keluarga petani. Data yang dikumpulkan dan diolah dengan statistik inferensi yaitu Structural Equation Modelling (SEM) LISREL 8.72 dan Mann Whitney. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: ciri kepribadian petani, intensitas pemberdayaan, ketersediaan informasi pertanian, dan dukungan terhadap lingkungan fisik dan sosio-ekonom mempengaruhi partisipasi petani persprktif gender. Dengan demikian model partisipasi petani perspektif gender dapat tercapai dengan cara meningkatkan kepribadian petani, meningkatkan intensitas pemberdayaan, ketersediaan informasi pertanian yang sesuai dengan kebutuhan petani, serta dukungan lingkungan fisik dan sosial ekonomi.</em></p>
Government policy through the National Health Insurance program (JKN) needs to be responded to maintain providing the best health services for the community. Best health services can be provided by the fulfillment of the human resources (HR) such as nurse either in the quality and quantity. Currently Dhuafa Hospital (RS Dhuafa) is still difficult to meet the number of nurses requirement. Highly turnover rate of nurses occured in the period January to December 2013. It is clearly important to know the causes, among other factors of job satisfaction. In theory, job satisfaction is one of the factors that may influence the tendency of employee to decide to get out of work. Based on this background, the study was conducted to determine how the relationship between job satisfaction and highly intentions of nurses turnover rate in Dhuafa Hospital. The purpose of this study are to analyze the relationship between job satisfaction and nurses turnover rate in Dhuafa hospital, and also to find out the most dominant factors on turnover intentions. This research is done by statistical methodology using the correlation, descriptive approach and test the hypotheses that have been formulated previously. Data collection will be exercises by questionnaire and interview techniques, and will be analyze using Partial Least Square (PLS). The results showed that in general, nurses were satisfied geeting work in Dhuafa hospital, although less of payments and promotion opportunities were insists. Those factors were the trigger of job satisfaction to them. In general, the study conclude that although the nurses turnover in Dhuafa hospital were getting intense but they still have highly survival rate to work in Dhuafa hospital
