SMK Swasta Teknologi Informasi dan Komputer (TIK) Darussalam merupakan salah satu SMK Swasta yang sedang berkembang di Kota Medan dan memiliki program studi Teknik Komputer Jaringan, Multimedia, Otomatisasi Tata Kelola Perkantoran. Dari hasil survey menjelaskan bahwa masih banyak siswa yang kurang berminat terhadap pembelajaran kewirausahaan dikarenakan masih ada yang memiliki pola pikir sebagai pencari kerja bukan sebagai pencipta kerja. Berdasarkan data alumni SMK Swasta TIK Darussalam terhitung 2011 – 2018, alumni yang berwirausaha sebanyak <5% dari 113 reponden, hal ini dikarenakan kurangnya kesadaran siswa untuk berwirausaha. Adapun faktor yang mempengaruhi karakter wirausaha siswa, yaitu pendidikan kewirausahaan (kreatifitas guru wirausaha antara materi & praktek), lingkungan keluarga (berasal dari keluarga non wirausaha), kepercayaan diri siswa (rasa gengsi/malu), pengalaman wirausaha dan perkembangan IPTEK. Beberapa target sudah terlaksana dengan baik, akan tetapi diperlukan evaluasi program tahunan sekolah. Hal ini sangat berguna dalam meningkatkan Karakter Kewirausahaan Berbasis K13 di zaman dengan perkembangan IPTEK yang sangat canggih seperti sekarang ini. Beberapa kegiatan yang belum terlaksana, masih membutuhkan proses (pertimbangan) dari pihak sekolah dan pihak Yayasan. Kegiatan PkM yang dilaksanakan FEB UNDHAR meliputi seminar, games edukatif dan market day. Hal ini menjelaskan bahwa tingkat kepercayaan diri siswa dinilai berbeda-beda dan sangat erat hubungannya dengan peran sekolah dan keluarga di rumah. Kegiatan Pengabdian kepada Masyarakat merupakan salah satu dari Tri Dharma Perguruan Tinggi Universitas Dharmawangsa Medan ikut serta dalam meningkatkan semangat jiwa kewirausahan siswa dan berani mengambil resiko
Minimnya kesadaran masyarakat kota Medan akan pentingnya literasi di era digitalisasi informasi saat ini. Minimnya mobil perpustakaan keliling yang disediakan oleh PEMKO Medan atau PEMPROVSU membutuhkan donasi untuk mengalokasikan dana CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) dari lembaga swasta. Perpustakaan Almira sebagai salah satu inovasi transportasi literasi masa kini, memiliki konsep city car berwarna biru yang dimodifikasi menjadi perpustakaan keliling agar terlihat menarik saat kunjungan literasi. Kegiatan perpustakaan Almira disesuaikan dengan usia target pembaca di lokasi literasi, tidak hanya hadir dengan ratusan buku bacaan, tetapi juga ikut menyebarkan kegiatan edukasi. Setiap lokasi memiliki permasalahan dan solusi literasi yang berbeda, seperti tingkat ekonomi masyarakat, minimnya ketersediaan fasilitas literasi (buku), rendahnya minat baca. Perpustakaan Almira berharap semakin banyak donasi buku yang datang dan instansi (pemerintah/swasta) mau menyumbangkan dana CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility) nya untuk transportasi literasi perpustakaan almira, agar perpustakaan almira tetap berjalan sebagaimana mestinya , dengan siswa sebagai penggerak literasi masa kini. Peduli terhadap pertumbuhan dan perkembangan generasi bangsa. Dalam penelitian ini, penulis menggunakan metode deskriptif kualitatif.
Based on the survey, the development of digital literacy-based SDL learning models at Vocational High Schools Darussalam Computer Informastion Technology (SMK TIK) has not gone well. Teachers find it difficult to measure student learning achievement because some students do not have gadgets, gadgets are brought by parents to work, 1 gadget is used interchangeably with siblings, high quota fees, uneven access to the internet, difficulties for parents in accompanying their children to study so that it affects work assignments . This digital literacy-based SDL provides a new color for teachers and students by implementing offline and online media collaboration such as communication via whatsApp groups, websites, blogs, g.classrooms, zoom meetings, video conferences, educational games, subject books and others. Based on the results of the t test, the significance value is SDL > alpha 5% or t count = 14,028 > t table 1,695, then H 0 = rejected, so there is a significant influence between the independent and dependent variables, SDL partially has a significant positive effect in analyzing the development of digital literacy-based learning models in during the Covid 19 pandemic at Vocational High Schools Darussalam Computer Informastion Technology. The coefficient R 2 is 0.864 (86.4%), SDL has a significant positive effect and the remaining 0.136 (13.6%) is influenced by other variables that are not included in the inpu The positive impact of SDL, students are able to think critically, collaboratively, communicatively so that it is no longer teacher centered learning but student centered learning. The negative impact of SDL is spending more time in front of gadgets for online learning reasons, where time playing games, stalking social media, is much longer than studying and doing assignments. Suggestion, dissemination of digital literacy to teachers, parents, students, and the community during the SDL learning process, using innovative and creative digital content applications, supervision and follow-up for students who are constrained in the parents' economic sector, making g.form school evaluation, carry out regular technical guidance for teachers to improve the quality of their teaching.
The process of achieving student achievement at SD ALWASHLIYAH 4/36 Belawan is strongly influenced by the background and economic conditions of the family, school and community environment, physical condition and the level of student confidence. Teaching and learning facilities at SD AlWashliyah 4/36 Belawan are quite limited, so they have to be used alternately. This greatly affects the quality of school education, teachers, and the results of graduates. This study uses mixed data (quantitative and qualitative). The results of testing the hypothesis of parents' socio-economic factors (X1) obtained -1.026 <1.677, then H0 is accepted and H1 is rejected. So that partially the socio-economic factor variables of parents have a significant negative effect on student achievement at SD ALWASHLIYAH 4/36 Belawan. Parents' socio-economic factors cannot be used as a measure of student achievement, the intelligence possessed by students depends on the diligence in learning and the efforts made by students. Testing the quality of education (X2) obtained 12.534 > 1.677, then H0 is rejected and H1 is accepted. So that partially the variable quality of education has a significant positive effect on student achievement at SD ALWASHLIYAH 4/36 Belawan. The quality of education determines the quality of schools such as the principal, classrooms, the ability of teachers to implement quality education programs, comfort in schools, etc. The results of the F test show that the value of Fcount > Ftable is 78.605 > 3.20. So it was concluded that simultaneously parents' socio-economic factors and the quality of education had a significant effect on student achievement at SD ALWASHLIYAH 4/36 Belawan.
