Premarital sex is any behavior that is driven by sexual desire with the opposite sex before marriage. Some premarital sex activities include feeling, kissing, necking, petting, and intercourse. Premarital sex in adolescents has a negative impact such as unwanted pregnancy, unsafe abortion, resulting in increased maternal, neonatal deaths and perinatal, increasing the incidence of HIV / AIDS, dropping out of school. To<strong> </strong>Know Relations factors knowledge, girlfriend status, exposure to pornography, family harmony, the negative influence of peers and parental supervision with premarital sex on street adolescent girls.<strong> </strong>Quantitative analytical observational method with cross sectional design. Samples of 100 teenage children street children in Pekanbaru City. Snow ball sampling technique, Instrument is a questionnaire. Univariate data analysis, multivariate bivariate with logistic regression test. showed 65% (65 people) prenup sex, 78% dating, 74% pornography exposure, peer influence 70%, lack of knowledge of youth 61%, family not harmonious 80%, and low parental supervision 57 %. The related variables (p value <0.05) with premarital sex behavior are boyfriend status, pornographic exposure and peer influence. Status girlfriend most risky 39 times premarital sex. There is relationship and influence of 3 factors to premarital sex on adolescent child of Street of Pekanbaru Town. Suggestions for the formation of containers such as peer counselor and BKR (Youth Family Development) as a precautionary measure to increase the number of premarital sex incidents in the juveniles Street Children Pekanbaru.
Gadget (Smartphone) adalah salah satu jenis telepon genggam yang memiliki kemampuan lebih canggih dibandingkan komputer. Survey di beberapa Negara membuktikan bahwa sebanyak 98% orangtua memperbolehkan anaknya menggunakan gadget. Survey awal yang dilakukan kepada 5 orang tua di RT 02 RW 02 mereka hanya tahunya dampak negatif dari gadget dapat berdampak ke mata anak. Ketika ditanyakan dampak yang lainnya, mereka kurang mengetahui apa saja yang menjadi akibat dari penggunaan gadget. Kelima orang tua tersebut juga mengatakan bahwa mereka membiarkan anaknya menggunakan gadget hingga berjam-jam. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan pengetahuan, sikap, persepsi dan komunikasi orang tua terhadap pengawasan dalam penggunaan gadget pada anak usia 7 – 12 tahun di RT 02 RW 02 Dusun Wonosri Barat Desa Koto Tinggi Pasir Pengaraian. Jenis penelitian deskriptif kuantitatif dengan menggunakan cross sectional. Penelitian dilakukan di RT 02 RW 02 Dusun Wonosri Barat Desa Koto Tinggi Pasir Pengaraian. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh ibu yang mempunyai anak usia 7-12 tahun sebanyak 63 orang. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada hubungan pengetahuan, sikap, persepsi, dan komunikasi dengan perilaku orang tua terhadap pengawasan dalam penggunaan gadget pada anak. Diharapkan kepada tenaga kesehatan dapat melakukan promosi Kesehatan disekolah tentang dampak penggunaan gadget pada anak. Dan diharapkan para orang tua meningkatkan perilaku kontrol tentang penggunaan gadget serta membatasi penggunaan gadget pada anak.
MTSN 3 Pekanbaru is a school that has a mission of "Character, Excellence and Environmental Insight". One of its missions is to develop students' interest in talent through superior robotics, research, academic and tahfiz class programs. And another vision is to develop awareness and love for the environment through environmental care activities. Based on this mission and vision, an effort is needed to provide knowledge about environmental care attitudes to students in an interesting way, one of which is robotic extracurricular activities by making smart trash can robots (Smart Trash Bin). Based on the existing problems, the solutions provided consist of 1) Socialization regarding environmental care attitudes. 2) training on waste management. 3) Workshop on making intelligent trash can robots (Smart Trash Bin). The method of implementing the activities are 1) the preparation stage, 2) the implementation stage, 3) the evaluation and reporting stage. The results obtained are that students are able to explain the difference between waste and how to manage it and are also able to make smart trash cans.
Non pneumonia Acute Respiratory Tract Infection (ARI) is a respiratory tract disease that is acute with a cough that does not show symptoms of increased respiratory frequency and does not indicate the pull of the lower chest wall inward. The incidence of non pneumonia ARI in children under five in Kedung Sari Village was recorded at 40.06%. This study aims to determine the description and determinant of the incidence of non-pneumonia ARI in children under five in Kedung Sari Village, Sukajadi District, Pekanbaru City in 2019. This type of research is quantitative observational analytic with cross sectional design. The study population was all children under five who lived in Kedung Sari Village, Sukajadi District, Pekanbaru City, amounting to 312 people with a sample of 172 respondents. The sampling technique was done by consecutive sampling. The type of data used in this study are primary data and secondary data by means of retrieving data through measurements and questionnaires. Data analysis was done by univariate and bivariate with chi square test. The results showed that there was a correlation between exposure to cigarette smoke (p-value 0,000) and the incidence of non-pneumonia ARI in children under five. It is expected that health workers, especially in the health promotion section of the community health center in implementing control and eradication programs of Acute Respiratory Tract Infection can provide health education, especially regarding the dangers of cigarette smoke for children under five and recommend smokers to smoke in special places so children under five are not exposed cigarettes.
