The aim of Islamic education as Ahmad Tafsir's opinion is to humanize humans. Islamic education must guide students in their development, both physical and spiritual towards the formation of the main personality which is based on Islamic laws. But over time, Islamic education is no longer as rich as its history, Islamic education today, has suffered many setbacks due to several factors. Islamic education is not free from problems that arise in the current era. Pesantren as an Islamic educational institution is also not immune to various problems that arise in the global era. Islamic boarding schools as traditional Islamic educational institutions in Indonesia play an important role in preserving and developing Islamic sciences. In addition, pesantren play a role in shaping the characteristics of Indonesian Muslims. During the New Order, pesantren competed with schools recognized by the government. In addition, modern human life patterns also influence the existence of pesantren as traditional Islamic educational institutions. To maintain its existence, the pesantren made a number of changes that were considered necessary, but still preserved the traditions of the past. This paper will discuss various problems faced by pesantren in the global era.
This study aims to find out the actions and efforts of Dewi Sartika in improving the quality of education, especially for women. It can be said that the position of a woman as a potential housewife requires honing knowledge, skills, and additional work as expected by the figure of Dewi Sartika. The problem is that nowadays there are still prospective housewives who only have certain skills. And for work and other aspects it is still considered lacking. So this needs to be improved, especially for prospective housewives, namely in the aspects of education and skills. In this problem, the author uses qualitative methods in searching related data. The data taken can be in the form of relevant journals and books. The approach applied by Dewi Sartika in solving these problems is the strategic management approach which is supported by David Hanger's theory. Meanwhile, according to Dewi Sartika, women must be able to do everything in their lives, including serving their husbands, educating children, aspects of work, and so on.The attitude of persistence and fortitude possessed by Dewi Sartika in the world of education should be an example for us. As for the secluded book owned by Dewi Sartika entitled "Kaoetamaan Wife" in which the book contains Raden Dewi Sartika's concern for a woman written in Sundanese. Therefore it is important for the writer to know Dewi Sartika's thoughts in order to improve education for women. So that women can be very sensitive to Islamic education which will be used in the household so that these women can have Islamic education that is so supportive for their children and their families who are equal, so that it will not change the obligation of women to respect men as housewives. ladder in the family. AbstrakPenelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui sepak terjang dan usaha Dewi Sartika dalam meningkatkan mutu pendidikan khususnya bagi kaum wanita. Bisa dikatakan kedudukan seorang wanita sebagai calon ibu rumah tangga yang dimana perlu dibutuhkan sebuah asah pengetahuan, ketrampilan, serta pekerjaan tambahan seperti apa yang diharapkan oleh tokoh Dewi Sartika. Permasalahannya yaitu pada masa kini masih dijumpai calon ibu rumah tangga yang hanya memiliki keahlian tertentu. Dan untuk pekerjaan maupun aspek lainnya masih dinilai kurang. Maka hal ini perlu untuk ditingkatkan khususnya bagi calon ibu rumah tangga yaitu dalam aspek pendidikan maupun ketrampilan. Dalam permasalahan ini, penulis menggunakan metode kualitatif dalam pencarian data terkait. Data yang diambil bisa berupa jurnal, dan buku yang relevan. Adapun pendekatan yang diterapkan oleh Dewi Sartika dalam memecahkan permasalahan tersebut yaitu pendekatan manajemen strategik yang didukung oleh teori David Hanger. Adapun menurut Dewi Sartika bahwa wanita harus bisa melakukan segala hal dalam kehidupannya diantaranya melayani suami, mendidik anak, aspek pekerjaan, dan sebagainya. Sikap kegigihan dan ketabahan yang dimiliki oleh Dewi Sartika dalam dunia pendidikan patut kita teladani. Adapun seklumit buku yang dimiliki oleh Dewi Sartika yang berjudul” Kaoetamaan Istri” yang dimana buku tersebut berisi kepedulian Raden Dewi Sartika terhadap seorang perempuan yang ditulis dalam bahasa Sunda. Maka dari itu penting bagi penulis untuk mengetahui pemikiran Dewi Sartika guna meningkatkan pendidikan bagi perempuan. Agar para kaum wanita bisa sangat peka terhadap pendidikan Islam yang akan digunakan dalam berumah tangga untuk menjadikan wanita tersebut bisa memiliki pendidikan Islam yang begitu mendukung untuk anaknya dan keluarganya yang sederajat, sehingga tidak akan mengubah kewajiban para kaum wanita untuk menghormati para kaum lelaki sebagai ibu berumah tangga dalam keluarga. However, the discourse of the establishment of the Caliphate in Indonesia experienced many rejections from various parties, because the Khilafah system was considered not relevant to the current state of the Indonesian nation which consisted of various ethnicities and religions. This paper will explain the concept of khilafah and its controversy in Indonesia.
This study aims to examine more deeply the evaluation of the ideal tartil al-Quran learning in Ibn Khaldun's view. This study uses a qualitative descriptive method using a phenomenological approach. The data collection techniques use observation data, interviews and related references. The data analysis technique also uses four stages, namely data reduction, data classification by structuring several points of analysis related to the conclusion of the analysis. The dichotomy of Islamic education in general seems to be a significant difference and does not find common ground. So the purpose of this research is to bring together the education built globally by Ki Hadjar Dewantara with the integration of educational practices in Indonesia. The method of this research is to use hermeneutic research, that is to interpret the meaning of the motto initiated by Ki Hadjar Dewantara, namely Ing Ngarso Sung Tulodo, Ing Madyo Mangun karso, Tut Wuri Handayani. While the results of this study are, the practice of implementing Islamic education in terms of the object of the actor such as teachers, students and other elements (ie alumni, boarding school administrators or senior students) is the direction and form of interpretation of the motto he initiated. The idea – which is also the slogan of the Ministry of Education – is an infrastructure that cannot be separated and is an educational building that is mutually sustainable. So that the construction of learning patterns, mindsets and habitual patterns of students or students needs to be inspired and applied in such a way as to continue to show a typical Indonesian education that prioritizes adab and knowledge.
