Este trabajo analiza la coyuntura electoral y la turbulencia política, económica, social y salud que atraviesa el Perú en el 2021 agravada por la pandemia, se enfoca en valorar la percepción de los electores frente a la gestión de los gobiernos de los últimos años, del performance de los partidos políticos y de las campañas electorales. La metodología utilizada es de investigación cuantitativa, de diseño no experimental y de corte trasversal recopilando datos a través de un cuestionario de 20 preguntas aplicado a una muestra de 395 individuos entre 18 a 65 años que radican/ radicaron en el Perú en los últimos años. Los resultados obtenidos en una valoración general de las categorías son: el 49.6% de los participantes percibe una mala gestión en el manejo de los problemas sociales en los últimos 10 años; el 68.9% tiene una mala percepción del manejo de las campañas electorales y 79.0% perciben que los partidos políticos están regularmente estructurados y organizados. Las conclusiones determinan un gran descontento de los electores sobre la gestión gubernamental de los problemas sociales, la mala percepción frente a la polarización de los candidatos y electores en plena campaña, y la poca representación/fidelidad hacia los partidos políticos semiestructurados.
The Covid-19 pandemic globally caused a feeling of fear and anxiety in the entire population, this phenomenon has given rise to psychosocial and mental health implications in the short and long term in the various age groups, who have suffered this impact of the pandemic occurred due to various vulnerability factors, such as developmental age, education, pre-existing mental health, economic conditions or quarantine to avoid contagion. The purpose of this review article is to know public management, how the countries applied public policies to face the pandemic, the first effort being to build infrastructure to face it and avoid the increase in infections; leaving in the background, facing the pandemic in its treatment to reduce its incidence in mental health. This article was descriptive; carried out the verification of indexed articles and books published during 2020, related to the topic "Impact of Covid-19 on mental health", raised in the research. As a result, 23 articles were obtained, between 2012 and 2020, from various countries, in Spanish and English, obtained from sources such as Scopus, Springer, Scielo, among others. The setting of the minimum wage and the restriction on immigration are policies applied to the labor market in order to influence its development in Peru and the rest of the world. The objective of the research presentation is to contribute to society through the results of the analysis of the effects of the minimum wage and immigration on the development of the Peruvian labor market in 2021. Among materials and methods, it was established that the research is of a basic type non-experimental design with cross-sectional, descriptive-correlational level. The data collection technique was based on the survey using the questionnaire as an instrument applied to a sample of 385 Peruvian citizens belonging to the EAP of different socioeconomic levels between the ages of 18 and 65 years. The results indicate that the independent variables of minimum wage and immigration have a very low influence on the labor market, with a significance level of 0.00, this being less than 0.05 (p <0.05) and a Nagelkerke R-square of 0.188. It was concluded with the confirmation that there is no considerable impact due to changes in minimum wages and immigration in the labor market.
Public policies on gender violence with the greatest repercussions on violence against girls, adolescents, youth and women is a social problem at the global and national level, which threatens the physical and mental health of the population, which in many cases ends in femicide. The objective of this scientific article is to analyze the research concerning public policies regarding the public problem of violence against women in times of pandemic, information has been compiled in the databases of Scopus, Scielo, Redalyc and Dialnet in the last 5 years. The information that comes from the review of the scientific literature of 53 references is presented as a sample. One of the results was determined that gender / violence against women and family and public policies on justice and violence against women are extremely relevant to face this problem. It is mainly concluded that in Latin America the public policies applied do not guarantee the reduction of violence against women and that due to confinement and isolation due to the pandemic, cases of violence against women have increased in Peru and in the world.
All organizations must have training programs to improve the quality of service and increase productivity improvement in work, but in the health sector it is essential to develop training programs for nursing staff, because the treatment and care of patients must be the best. The general objective was: To determine the influence of training on the quality of service and productivity of nurses in a Hospital in Callao 2021. The methodology has had a paradigm - positivist model with a hypothetical - deductive method; The approach has been quantitative, applied type, non- experimental and cross-sectional design, using the survey technique and the instrument used by the questionnaire. The results of the General Hypothesis have been validated and it was confirmed that: Training significantly influences the quality of service and productivity of the nurses of a Hospital in Callao 2021. It was concluded that training significantly influences the quality of service and productivity of the nurses of a Hospital del Callao 2021, considering the results of the general hypothesis, these indicated an incidence of 99.7% and a significance value equal to 0,000.
