This article is devoted to formation of approaches to environmental policy under conditions of digital economy. It has been established that the issue of implementation of digital economy requires for integrated approach, environmental safety cannot play supporting roles since environment well-being exerts significant influence on performance of major business. It has been proved that digital economy should move to the next level to control actual economic processes which would allow to simplify environmental control and to transfer from manual control to automation. It has been determined that while developing automated control system of environmental processes such criteria should be considered as reasonability, simplicity and compactness, dynamism, safety, equilibrium. Automated information system should satisfy such criteria as versatility, flexibility, and high adaptability.
The article deals with the application of modern methodology and technology risk management — compliance in the field of tourism and service, and the focus is not only on its advice functions, but also on the control functions when effective supervision is exercised over the implementation of laws and regulatory policies and procedures for an organization. It is shown that compliance mechanisms have an integrated methodology and consist of of three interrelated components: "identification" (risk identification), "prevention" (risk control) and "response" (effective purposeful actions in specific situations). Provided are basic definitions in compliance, characterized its standard policies, principles and interactions between the basic functional blocks of the system of compliance. It is shown that compliance is a complex of real-world measures to protect the business and its shareholders, on the one hand, from the external impact of corruption (corruption of the environment), and on the other —from abuse (internal corruption) and inefficient management of the organization on the part of its management. Particular attention is paid to compliance audit, whose main purpose is to prevent violations of the law in the accumulation and use of funds of organizations of any form of properly and corruption in relation to civil servants and officials of any organization. The advantages of the introduction of compliance in tourism and recreation and service areas are shown in three hierarchically related levels: increasing the value of the company and its investment attractiveness; curbing abuse and organizing synergistic positive effects of the company; monitoring, risk prevention for the development of the company. The article outlines the main provisions of the agreement on cooperation between the National Association for Comliance and RSUTS, in particular concerning training, retraining and advanced training in the field of compliance management in tourism and service.
The article describes the main provisions of the report of the rector of Russian State University of Tourism and Service, A. A. Fedulin on the Fourth Russian-Armenian interregional forum. The article reveals the vision of prospects of development of tourist infrastructure as promising areas of cooperation between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia. Tourism is a tool for exploring historical, cultural and spiritual heritage of the Republic of Armenia, which awaken high tourist interest. Tourism is an integral element of Russian-Armenian trade-economic and humanitarian cooperation. The author proposes solutions for the strengthening tourist exchanges between the countries and takes into account the current social and economic conditions and development trends of tourist flow. Also he makes the proposals to build a unified tourism space between the Russian Federation and the Republic of Armenia in the framework of the provisions of the strategy of development of cooperation of States-participants of CIS in the field of tourism for the period up to 2020. There are presented perspectives of expansion of the tourist flow of Russians in the Republic of Armenia in the result of the work on simplification of tourist formalities. The author gives the estimation of the factors limiting accessibility of the tourist product of the Republic of Armenia. As the result, there are proposals on integration in tourism information space of Russia and the promotion of tourism potential of the Republic of Armenia. In this regard, he makes the hypothesis about expediency of use of various channels and ways to increase awareness of tourism products and brands of the Republic of Armenia in Russia. Based on the experience of scientific-research developments of the University, the author shows the possible areas of cooperation, including conducting joint projects on development of tourist complex of the Republic of Armenia, as well as in the field of training and retraining of personnel for tourist industry and infrastructure.
