Трубилина, Краснодар, РоссияВ настоящей работе изложены результаты исполь-зования природных минеральных соединений при метаболических нарушениях у крупного рогатого скота в животноводческих комплексах промыш-ленного типа. По официальным данным за 2013-2015 гг., на основании биохимического анализа крови крупного рогатого скота, проводимого в ряде хозяйств Самарской области, были установ-лены значительные нарушения обмена веществ, обусловленные снижением уровня общего белка, в среднем, в 31,5% случаев, щелочного резерва -в 26,9% проб, концентрации кальция -в 40,7% слу-чаев, фосфора -в 8,1%, каротина -в 81,7%, глю-козы -в 84,3% исследований. При клиническом обследовании стада выявляется высокий уровень животных с явными признаками нарушения мине-рального обмена (остеодистрофия и рахит алимен-тарного происхождения) и сопутствующей патоло-гией (алиментарная анемия, гастроэнтериты, бронхопневмонии, нарушение белкового, углевод-ного, витаминного обмена и др.). Использование комплексных природных соедине-ний способствует улучшению эффективности традиционного комплекса лечебно-профилакти-ческих мероприятий, вызывая увеличение концен-трации общего кальция в сыворотке крови на 10-55%, повышение уровня кальций-фосфорного от- In this study we show the results of the use of natural mineral compounds in metabolic disorders in cattlebreeding complexes of industrial type. According to official data for 2013-2015, based on the biochemical analysis of blood of cattle, that was held in some farms of Samara region, significant metabolic disorders were determined due to decrease in total protein level on 31,5% in average, decrease in alkali reserveon 26,9% of samples, decrease in calcium concentration -on 40,7%, decrease of the phosphorus -on 8,1%, decrease in carotene -on 81,7% and glucoseon 84,3% of studies. Clinical examination of herd revealed a high level of animals with obvious signs of mineral metabolism disorders (osteodystrophy and rickets of alimentary origin) and comorbidity (nutritional anemia, gastroenteritis, pneumonia, disturbance of protein, carbohydrate and vitamin metabolism, and others). The use of complex natural compounds improves the efficiency of the traditional complex of treatment and prophylaxis, causing an increase in the total concentration of calcium in the blood serum on 10-55%, increase in calcium-phosphorus ratio till 1,27-2,3, increase in annual growth rate of young animals' body weight on 8,2-44,8%, increase in milk production on 5,9-16,3%. In the experiments, it was found that in case of alimentary osteodystrophy of dairy cattle the use of the mineral-protein additive causes an increase in dimming during X-ray examination of the marginal epiphysic zone of the 5th caudal vertebrae by 9.4% (p <0.05); there was an increase in the mass and density of the 5th caudal vertebrae by 7.1% and by 9.6%, respectively; the stability of the bone structure of the spinal canal of the vertebrae to mechanical pressure increased by 7.9%, and the stability of the body of the caudal vertebrae increased by 25.1% (p <0.05); the level of magnesium and calcium in the bone substance of the vertebrae increased significantly by 40.2% (p <0.05) and 6.0% (p <0.01), respectively; histological examination revealed an increase in the density of the structure of bone tissue by 48% and the number of osteocytes - by 42.2%.
The object of research is increasing of productive qualities of pigs due to improvement the morphofunctional indicators of digestion system. According to objectives two groups of clinically healthy pigs right after depriving at the age of 35 days were created. Each group is consist of ten ones, selection was carried out by the principle of analogs. After completion of experience an average value of live mass of control group pigs was 26.1±1.2 kg, and in skilled group 32.3±0.8 kg, the difference was made 23% (р0.05). It is established that size increasing of crypts and epithelium with a border in mucous membrane of lean gut of pigs in experimental group, testify to strengthening of body digestive activity. Emergence of light-cellular zones in liver and reduction of segments testifies to strengthening of regenerator ability and increase of detoxicity function. In lymph nodes emergence of follicles of the small size with the expressed light centers as well as in the analysis of liver, testifies to strengthening of potential regeneration and activity of immune function.
The article presents the results of studies of medium mass molecules concentration in the blood serum of cows with different physiological conditions and correction of this state with livazen, which has an antioxidant and lipotropic effect on liver cells. It was determined that the use of livazen contributed to a decrease in cholesterol in the group of pregnant cows by 21.0 % and in the group of fresh cows by 15.9 %, with a decrease in the concentration of average molecular peptides by 4.0-11.8 % depending on the length of exposure.
