The article provides a general description of the global Esports market. The potential for the development of Esports has been studied and assessed by using the method of linear regression analysis. The authors have carried out a comparative analysis of the industry's potential and actual development results in the context of the new coronavirus infection COVID-19’s spread. It was found out that as a result of the pandemic, the industry lost about $ 74 million, and the market growth, which had been observed for almost a decade, was replaced by a slight recession for the first time. Based on the comparison of the global Esports market participants' income structure both in terms of percentage and absolute values in 2019 and 2020, the prerequisites for profound changes caused by the pandemic were revealed. Such prerequisites include a trend towards the growth of entertainment services digitalization and an increase in the importance of streaming as a new media. In the current conditions, interested participants are recommended to strengthen their presence in the streaming segment by reducing the cost of holding public events with face-to-face presence.
The article provides results of the experiment in the form of an interview with chat-bot based on artificial intellect (AI) ChatGPT dealt with governing the transportation and logistics holding company. The research showed that AI systems had reached such a level of development, which allows us to use them for solving problems of organizational and strategic governance of the company. The system can give adequate answers to questions connected with various aspects of management, formulate suggestions and identify promising trends for strategic development. Chat-bot that deals with preliminary preparation of the material can be used to resolve analytical problems in order to save time of profile specialists. However, use of such systems can cause risks of sensitive information leakage and making incorrect decisions on the basis of wrong data. In spite of high assessment of such system potential, transportation and logistics companies and other organizations should use relevant technology with care.
The paper compares and analyzes the experiences leading states have had in robotics regulation; on the basis of the identifi best practices, proposals are formulated for Russia in the corresponding fi d. The relevance of the research is determined by the rapid growth of the global robotics market over the last decade, as well as the introduction of robots in the widest range of human activities. The leading countries in the international robotics market were selected using the benchmarking method. A comparative analysis of the regulation in the fi d of robotics was conducted through a comparison matrix composed of several criteria. The criteria included the existence of regulations and a national program for the development of robotics, the presence of responsible government bodies or organizations, and sectoral “regulatory sandboxes”. It was discovered that, of the four studied countries (the Republic of Korea, Japan, Germany, and Russia), only one has all the components of the robotics regulation system. The authors formulated certain recommendations aimed at improving the corresponding domestic regulation system. In particular, considering the best practices of foreign countries, the parties concerned are encouraged to adopt a sectoral normative legal act, as well as to establish a specialized state agency.
